It is also just 200 meters from the Marina Piccola beach and the same distance from the marina and the Europa promenade, a strategic location for those seeking peace and quiet, while also admiring the evocative panorama of sunsets over the sea, with the harbor and the town's northern coastline stretching as far as the San Lorenzo hill in the background. The 60-square-meter house offers a spacious bedroom and a comfortable double sofa bed, two elegant bathrooms, and a modern and well-equipped dining area.
