We present to you this splendid villa, recently renovated, which is in excellent condition and ready to welcome you for a relaxing holiday near the sea, just 50 meters away. You can easily reach the sandy beaches in just a 5-minute walk. The surrounding area is extremely peaceful and offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, clubs, markets, and much more, which you can reach in just a few minutes by car.
The house, approximately 100 square meters, has been completely refurbished and features three bedrooms with double or single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a fully furnished and functional kitchen-living room, equipped with a washing machine, oven, microwave, hairdryer, toaster, and Lavazza a Modo Mio espresso coffee machine. Clean and fresh bed linen and towels are included.
Outside, you will find two furnished verandas with garden furniture and a panoramic rooftop terrace, from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the sea. Additionally, there is a solarium, an outdoor bathroom, an outdoor shower, and parking spaces available for you.

The location of the house is extremely immersed in tranquility and is particularly suitable for families and anyone who wants to relax away from the chaos and go for bike rides near the sea... However, to find a well-stocked market, it is advisable to move by car or bike as it is located on the Coastal Road about 900 meters away (the same market can deliver to your home upon request by ordering via WhatsApp, you will find the number in the house). Marina di Leporano, Porto Pirrone bay with crystal-clear waters and a clear beach. The archaeological site of Saturo can be reached from the beaches. Admire the 1600 tower, the Roman Villa, and the beautiful turtle shape created by some rocks in the bay.
