Description

Silvany house is a fully renovated apartment located in the city center with comfortable and comfortable rooms. Externally it looks like a historic building, characteristic of the streets that surround the city center and the shopping streets. It is located on the second floor, no elevator. The access is managed through security boxes with code in which you will find the useful keys during your stay. Their use is intuitive, simple, but safe and guaranteed. It is internally divided into two independent bedrooms: a triple room with balcony overlooking the main street and a quadruple room with terrace. Each is equipped with a private bathroom, where you will find the necessary for personal care: shampoo and shower gel, hand cleanser, a sealed kit consisting of cotton swab, make-up remover disks and nail file, hair dryer. The rooms are also equipped with smart TV, free Wi-fi, air conditioning (hot-cold), refrigerator, electric kettle with glasses and tables. Bed linen, towels and shower towels are included. There are also two pillows per bed, one of which is a pillow in "memory" to ensure maximum comfort to the guest.

Silvany house is located in the Murat district, 500 meters from Via Sparano, the central street of the city and shopping and less than 1km from the Port and Piazza del Ferrarese. Its location is strategic, as it will allow you to reach the city center, old town, sea and central train station on foot without needing to take public transport. However, it is well served by public transport that will connect you to any neighborhood of the city. The apartment is within walking distance of many commercial activities, such as bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets etc. There is no private parking in the structure, but there is the possibility to use many private parking spaces a few meters with hourly or daily rate.

We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are brand new, beautiful and very clean. The owner has a unique availability. We needed a luggage storage both on arrival and departure and the owner was really helpful with our requests, she even advised us on transportation and restaurants. What more could you ask for. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.
