Our establishment, Serè Apartments, is located in the picturesque Sannicandro di Bari, just 10 km from the lively city of Bari. It is also conveniently positioned just 8 km from the Bari Sud highway exit. If you are beach lovers, you will be happy to know that the wonderful coasts of Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Torre Canne are just 40 km away. In addition, the splendid city of Matera is only 60 km away.
Our establishment is easily accessible by bus, with a stop just a few meters away that will take you directly to the center of Bari. We are also close to the exit for Cassano delle Murge and the Mercadante Forest, ideal for those who love a trip in nature. Please note that the property is only accessible by stairs, we do not have an elevator.
We have two types of apartments available for you. The first floor offers a spacious double bedroom, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen/living room, and a large lounge with a sofa bed and TV. If you prefer, we also have an attic with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and a sun terrace to enjoy the sun. Both apartments are equipped with everything you need, such as an induction hob, electric oven, kettle, coffee machine, and a private bathroom with a shower. In addition, we provide bed linen and towels, a hairdryer, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
If you arrive by car, we offer ample private parking and a lovely garden with tables and armchairs to relax after a day of sightseeing., and we also offer the possibility of remote check-in, in case you arrive at times when we are not present.
Serè Apartments & Garden is strategically located, close to the city center and surrounded by pizzerias, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. You will have no trouble finding everything you need during your stay.

The apartment and the outside area were really nice. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. The only issue was that the air-con in the kitchen/salon was not working and one of us had to sleep there (we were 4 adults). There was a ceiling fan that helped but it was connected to the light as well. The other two rooms had a well working air-con. The owners were accommodating and quick to reply :)
