It offers two separate accommodations, Scirocco and Maestrale, thoughtfully renovated to showcase their barrel-vaulted ceilings and distinctive local architectural details.
Decorated in soft, sea-inspired colours, both spaces feature a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and safe. Self check-in is also available.
Maestrale retains its original cement-tile flooring and has two small terraces with partial sea views. From the property, you can easily walk to restaurants, bars and some of Polignano’s most charming spots.

Everything was perfect. Great location, quiet and really just a few steps from the historic center and the Lama Monachile. The apartment has been recently renovated throughout: furnishings, bathrooms, technical systems, Wi‑Fi, etc. New and very comfortable beds. Quiet, large and comfortable bedroom. Paolo, the manager, is available for any need and is very welcoming. Parking is easy at the station, which is very close and without worries. What can I say, everything was perfect. Congratulations on the management of the property and on the owner's continued kindness. See you next time.

Really pleasant stay! The property is beautiful, cared for down to the smallest details, very clean and equipped with all comforts. The location is perfect, a short walk from the historic center and the main attractions of Polignano a Mare. The apartment is cozy and retains all the typical charm of the place. The owner is very kind, helpful and attentive to every need. A place to definitely return to. Highly recommended!
