Everything was fine overall, but the bathrooms need a more thorough cleaning. Under the bathroom cabinet's glass, on the sink, I found many dead insects and it made me feel uncomfortable placing my belongings there. Apart from that, everything was fine.

This is a large apartment divided into several (I think 5 or 6) single rooms, some (like mine) with a private bathroom, others with a shared bathroom. The building is a bit old, but the apartment has been renovated and is in excellent condition. The location is good, within walking distance both from the station and the old town. The owner was very helpful and kind. The online check-in via codes was very useful to me (everything was communicated clearly). The Wi‑Fi and the coffee/tea offered to guests were excellent. There are few power outlets in the room, but this depends on the building and I understand it is complicated to change the electrical system. Excellent value for money.

Central location. Good value for money. Good Wi-Fi. The pictures in the instructions and the instructions themselves do not match in some points (e.g. Step 2: red button, picture of the keypads, picture of the keys). You can only enter the house if you call a specific phone number. You cannot leave luggage in the apartment on the last day. Very anonymous. No tips for the stay.

A bit more attention to cleaning. We found many hairs in the shower. We called and the manager apologized, saying he would send the cleaner to clean the bathroom. When we returned the bathroom was clean, but there were still hairs in the shower. A chair was partly broken and my partner almost ended up on the floor.

Terrible. Thousands of mosquitoes. The kitchen does not work. The air conditioning is outside the room, so the cold air does not reach the room. The bathroom towels are horrible and stiff. In conclusion, I would never return.

Great location and a tidy room. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise there is little to complain about. It was very noisy at night, but we really appreciated the balcony. The host helped us with all our questions and we were even able to check in early.

I found this place through Google and made a direct booking—which turned out to be cheaper. The location is honestly unbeatable. You’re right in the middle of everything—yes, everything in Bari: the airport bus stop, train station, the old town, the bay, historic landmarks, and all the local hotspots are within a 20-minute walk max.\n\nWhat’s really cool is the contrast—you turn left from the apartment and you’re in the heart of Bari’s Asian quarter, but turn right and you’re straight into classic Barese life. I almost missed the entrance at first, but then spotted the sign right next to an Italian coffee shop—there it was!\n\nJust a tip: let Dani (the owner) know in advance if you’re planning to check in before 3 PM. Also, the elevator is old-school with two doors—I got stuck before realizing I had to open both manually.\n\nThe room itself is super spacious, very quiet, and everything worked perfectly. There’s also a cozy communal space with an espresso machine, fridge with cold water, and microwave—all thoughtful touches.\n\nMy stay was incredibly comfortable. Big thanks to Dani for being so kind and helpful throughout!

A dirty structure. Sheets stained with lipstick. Worn towels. Smells of smoke in the room. In the middle of the night, the headboard of the bed fell, risking to cause a fire since it fell on the electrical outlets placed like in the 1800s. The bathroom is unsightly with a smell of mold. The shower is impractical. The coffee machine has been out of order since November, as testified by an unfortunate old man like us. The lamp next to the bed is without a bulb. A really disgusting place. You write and show one thing to give another, it was number 110 but we were taken to another location. I really advise you to close it.

The structure is convenient only for its central location; otherwise, it is dilapidated, with very old fixtures and poor cleanliness. Bathrooms with moldy walls, shower only with a showerhead, also very old. No towel hooks. B&B absolutely not recommended!

We have had a pleasant stay in this B&B which is situated in the heart of the city, near everything: the central station is 7 minutes by walk, situated on a main boulevard with shops, cafes, bakeries, seaside promenade and the old city. The apartment is well equipped: coffee machine, microwave. We had a room with a matrimonial bed, TV and a balcony with a spectacular view over the city. We received the access information via WhatsApp and we followed the instructions and the access to the building was easy: you should call a number and the entrance door opens and once arrived at the 6th floor, you enter the code and that is it. Thank you Daniel, we will gladly come back next times.

The B&B Room 110 is located on the sixth floor of a building in the heart of Bari. The room with en-suite bathroom is very comfortable, there is no refrigerator but it is available in the common area for all guests. The location is undoubtedly enviable, just over 10 minutes walk from the old town of Bari and easily accessible from the airport which is only 9 km away. Staying at Room 110 is the ideal solution for a holiday in Bari or for events at the San Nicola Stadium, considering that shuttles depart from the nearby station (5 minutes walk from the B&B) and reach the Stadium in 30 minutes. The manager is very helpful for any need.

Great Bed and Breakfast, very large, spacious and very clean room. Overlooking the main street full of shops and anything you may need, allowing you to walk around Bari comfortably on foot. Extremely friendly, very kind manager, always available on WhatsApp for any need. \nOnly small flaw, the radiators were always off and it was quite cold in the bathroom, but otherwise everything absolutely perfect.

B&B located in the city center, close to the train station and university, and less than ten minutes walk from the historic center. Very clean, good value for money. Breakfast is not provided, but at the entrance there is a small common area where you can have coffee or tea at any time, and a refrigerator available to all guests. The manager is attentive, professional, and very helpful. I would just like to make three suggestions for possible improvements inside the room (I had the room with a private bathroom). 1) It would be useful to have a handheld shower in the shower, as it is a bit uncomfortable with only the main shower head, also because it is placed very high and the water flow goes towards the shower door. 2) In the bathroom, it would be convenient to have a shelf near the sink, as there is no support point. 3) I would recommend either wall-mounting the TV or replacing it with a smaller one, because the current one, being very large, takes up the entire desk, which is therefore unusable for other purposes (in my case, it was a problem as I had to work on the PC). Other than that, I am very satisfied with the accommodation and will definitely return in the future.
