It is located in a strategic position to visit the historic center and to easily reach the tourist destinations in the nearby area (1 minute walk from the buses and 5 minutes from the train station).

You will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and you can relax or practice sports in the adjacent Rossani city park.

The San Pasquale district is very close to the centre, quiet and well served. You can find excellent restaurants, supermarkets and pizzerias as well as beautiful shops. The location of the apartment is really strategic: 2 steps from the center to visit the Murattiano district, Bari Vecchia, Petruzzelli Theater, Margherita Theater and to reach the city beach of Pane e Pomodoro on the seafront.

Princes Iolanda Charming House is a charming accommodation located in a quiet area, with nearby shops such as a supermarket and restaurants. It is 5 minutes from the train station and the Bari shopping center. Beautiful apartment, spacious, equipped with everything necessary and decorated with exquisite taste. Vito, the owner, is the kindest host, attentive to every detail and always available to us. Our best experience in Italy was here, without a doubt. A ten in everything.

Well-located establishment near the train/bus station. Proximity to essential shops. The apartment is comfortable and adequately equipped. I highlight the dedication of the owner to make my stay a unique and personalized experience! The price is very competitive.
