This is a spacious and delightful apartment located on the ground floor of a villa. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, with an additional 2 on the sofa bed. It's located only 20 meters away from the sea, near Salina dei Monaci in Torre Colimena. The apartment is situated in a pleasant area with private parking. It features a large living and dining room with terraces that offer a sea view, a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of €100.00

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

With my family and that of a friend of mine, we stayed in Pineta 1 and Pineta 2 apartments. Large and spacious house, cool pine forest with 2 hammocks, manager (Mrs. Daniela) very courteous and helpful. All good, just one flaw: the apartments are quite damp.
