Nuvole Barocche is an elegant 110 sqm charming apartment located in the heart of Lecce, the Baroque capital, ideal for guests who want to stay in the city center and explore everything on foot.

Set on the first floor of a beautiful 19th-century historic building in traditional Lecce stone, the apartment combines historic character, quiet surroundings and modern comforts, offering a warm and relaxing atmosphere just steps away from the city’s main landmarks.

The location is unbeatable: only 50 meters from Piazza Sant’Oronzo, Santa Croce Basilica, Charles V Castle, Apollo Theatre, the public gardens and the main pedestrian shopping streets, while the Cathedral and Piazza Mazzini are just 300 meters away. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and monuments are all within walking distance.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and includes:
Artist’s Room: bright double bedroom with balcony and private bathroom
Musician’s Room: romantic double bedroom with canopy bed connected to a small single room, with a second full bathroom

Nuvole Barocche is located in the very heart of Lecce, in one of the city’s most central, authentic and sought-after areas, perfect for guests who want to stay downtown and explore Lecce entirely on foot, without needing a car.

Just a few steps away you will find Piazza Sant’Oronzo with the Roman Amphitheatre, the Basilica of Santa Croce, Charles V Castle, Teatro Apollo, the Cathedral (Duomo), Piazza Mazzini and the Villa Comunale park. All the main Baroque landmarks, museums, historic churches and attractions are literally at your doorstep.

We really loved the Nuvole Barocche apartment, it is beautiful, clean and well equipped, with lovely small details. 2 minutes to the centre and Pierluigi was very helpful.

We spent 3 nights in the Nuvole Barroche apartment. The apartment was perfect in every way. The location is excellent, right near the old town center but close to grocery stores and shops. Inside the apartment everything was of good quality and also good taste. The bed is very comfortable. And everything was perfectly clean. Pierluigi is a gracious host and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again when we come to Lecce.

Lovely location where you can breathe the warmth, colors, and scents of Salento. Very kind owners, discreet but always present and available, both to facilitate check-in and for other information about the city. Beautiful and spacious room, lovely hosts, great location just outside the historic centre. Lack of noise from restaurants just outside the property. Good internet connection. TV without international news channels (as far as I checked).

Everything about it was perfect, from the lovely and helpful hosts Pierluigi and Carmen, to the beauty and cleanliess of the apartment itself and its fantastic location. It is a beautiful structure located between the public gardens and the center of Lecce. Spacious room and stunning bathroom. Excellent and abundant breakfast with pasticciotti (excellent), toasted bread with jam, milk, coffee, fruit juices, etc. In the morning before leaving, they surprised us with frise and tomatoes. The only downside is that there is no chest of drawers in the room to store the linen.

A B&B where I found no flaws. The managers are very kind and helpful, a new, bright, fresh B&B, and above all, very bright and well-equipped. The location is absolutely strategic, just a few steps from Piazza Sant'Oronzo and located in a quiet street. The breakfast at the bar is excellent. I will definitely return.
