Located in the heart of Bari's Murat district, just 240 meters from the train station, on the second and third floors of an elegant building with an elevator, Melo Bed and Breakfast is a welcoming establishment that offers all the necessary comforts.

Our priority is to guarantee quality, courtesy, and above all, cleanliness.

Our six rooms have private bathrooms and individually adjustable air conditioning and heating systems. Each room is equipped with television, refrigerator, and free WiFi internet connection.

Melo Guesthouse overlooks Via Melo da Bari, a renowned shopping street, rich in bars and meeting places. The limited number of rooms, compared to traditional hotels, creates a familiar atmosphere that allows you to experience the feeling of being at home. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with the local community during your stay.

In short, Melo Bed and Breakfast offers an authentic and pleasant experience, very different from that of a normal hotel.

Excellent B&B in a strategic location in Bari. 13 minutes on foot from the station, 10 from Bari Vecchia, 2 to the university. Simple but functional room on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Friendly and pleasant hosts, with a human touch that is increasingly rare. Prompt assistance and attentiveness when needed. Great value for money. A couple of hooks in the bathroom and you would be perfect.

I was very well welcomed by Angela, Maria and Piero. These people gave me the comfort you need when arriving in an unfamiliar place. Very good advice on places to visit and where to eat (with the provision of a paper map of the town, great!). The balcony allows good ventilation and the bed is very comfortable. I felt at home. A clean and well-presented apartment close to all the amenities of Bari, just a few minutes' walk from the railway station. There was some noise from adjacent apartments, but I would rent this apartment again.

The perfect place to stay in Bari. Ideally located between the train station (6-8 min) and the old town (10-15 min). The accommodation (room for 2 people) is perfectly furnished and has a very pleasant balcony. Located high up (3rd floor), we were not disturbed by street noise. The accommodation is quiet and the rooms are well soundproofed (double glazing in particular). We were very well welcomed by the host.

Excellent room, equipped with everything, clean and with a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the train station and the historic center. The owners were very kind and welcoming. The breakfast, which is offered anyway, is not hotel quality, but it was still very good. The price of 80 euros a night is worth it compared to hotels at 250 or 300 per night! The room was clean and the owners were friendly. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. It had a small balcony overlooking a main street which was great for people-watching, but if you're a light sleeper, it's a bit noisy at night. I would stay there again if I ever get back to Bari.

Soundproofing was not the best, I heard the man in the next room snoring, and the street was also noisy. Everything else is okay, including the very kind host who waited for us until almost midnight.

Absolutely loved our stay at Melo Accommodations in Bari! The street has a particular charm if you like retro buildings, a great bakery, and nice little shops around. Super well located as a central point. Piero and his wife were lovely and very helpful:) The room was comfortable and we enjoyed having a little balcony with a table set. Recommended.

We had a really good time at Melo Accommodations. The owners are fantastic people and also provided us with very useful tips on the best places to try typical Apulian specialties in Bari and surroundings. Very warm and kind welcome. We stayed in a spacious two-room apartment with a large bathroom. Quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Everything worked perfectly. It doesn't pay much attention to aesthetics even though the furniture is functional and pleasant; overall the experience is entirely positive. The breakfast is self-managed and the buffet is always available: there is a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, tea bags, biscuits, various packaged brioche, yogurt. Moreover, in the apartment, equipped for the summer with air conditioning in every room, there is also a very convenient fridge with packaged water offered by the property. Shops and restaurants within easy reach: furthermore, the property provides excellent suggestions on where to go. Old Bari 10 minutes away, Railway Station 5 minutes away, Waterfront 5 minutes away. Everything is within walking distance.

I stayed one night in a comfortable studio of the Melo circuit located in a very central and well-serviced area. Shopping area (Corso Cavour and Via Sparano) just a few blocks from the B&B. The B&B is in excellent condition. Renovated with barrel vaults. Equipped with every comfort: fridge, kitchen, microwave, TV, hairdryer, heating. Good breakfast. Truly positive and very helpful. Bari is a fantastically beautiful city with intertwining cultures absolutely worth seeing. We worked at the Petruzzelli Theater, which fully reflects the culture and history of a Bari that is also represented by the attention and cleanliness of the Melo B&B. Good morning. If you need to go to Bari, I really recommend you to go to the Melo B&B. I stayed there for a while and I was totally satisfied. I got 2 very big rooms for 50 €, they are clean and quiet. Also, Alessandro, the owner, will help you in all situations, he is a very nice guy. The location is optimal and the price is unbeatable. For me, it is for sure a 10 out of 10.
