We stayed at this masseria for six days and it was a real discovery. The room was very large and clean. Upon our arrival, Mr. Antonello welcomed us, explained everything, and left a small aperitif with local wine and taralli in the room. Breakfast was very abundant and every morning there were freshly baked croissants and different fruit juices. We also had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant in the evening. We highly recommend this property.

During our ten-day stay in Apulia, we were fortunate to discover a true gem: the Masseria Nuova in Francavilla Fontana. Nestled in the tranquility of the countryside, among olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see, it is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the authentic beauty of the Apulian territory. The structure is in excellent condition, cared for in every detail, and immediately conveys a sense of harmony and hospitality. This is also thanks to the impeccable management of Antonello, who is always present and available, and to the cuisine of Riccardo, which deserves a special mention: traditional dishes with a creative touch, all prepared with fresh, local ingredients. However, be careful... you seriously risk going home with a few extra kilos! Another strong point is the strategic location: from here, you can easily reach both the most beautiful art cities of Apulia and the two coasts - the Ionian and the Adriatic - with beaches for all tastes. Every day is an opportunity to explore something new: villages, crystal-clear sea, historic masserias, baroque churches, markets, and authentic flavors. In summary, it was a regenerating experience in every respect. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation, good food, beauty, and sincere hospitality.

We stayed at Masseria Nuova for three nights and we had a great time. The property is beautiful and surrounded by olive trees, and we especially liked it for the silence, only interrupted by the sound of cicadas. The most renowned beaches like Punta Prosciutto or Torre Lapillo are about forty kilometers away, but closer we discovered the beaches of Campomarino, very beautiful and much less crowded. Not to forget the super breakfast, very good, and the dinner, not included in the price, but which also satisfied us just as much.

We recently stayed with my husband and our two dogs for a few days in this accommodation and we were really happy! The place is located in an olive park, very quiet. A compliment for the cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom. A perfect place for a few days of relaxation. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise: there were various dishes both sweet and savory, fresh fruit juice that was different every day, all super tasty! You can really see the attention to the customer, which is not so obvious! One more positive note for the friendliness and kindness of the staff, we highly recommend staying for dinner as well: Riccardo and his mother are great at making you feel at ease and then they prepare really tasty dishes. We will definitely come back!

Farmhouse in the tranquility of the Salento olive groves, in a strategic position both to reach the sea and to visit Ostuni and other cities. Special praise goes to Luigi, super helpful and always ready to satisfy the customer in the best way. He was able to manage the unexpected with professionalism and availability. Congratulations! Excellent dinner as well, genuine products with options for celiacs (pasta, etc.). The only thing I would suggest in the room is a full-length mirror, maybe also inside the wardrobe.

What can I say! The farmhouse has been renovated in every part, away from the road and therefore immersed in the tranquility of the countryside of Francavilla Fontana. Already from the booking, Mr. Giovanni proved to be open to our requests and very present; upon our arrival at the farmhouse, the manager, Luigi, a very helpful guy and always on the ball (a true host) welcomed us and showed us the room and the location. Everything was very clean and the outdoor park was well-kept with games for children; the only missing note is the swimming pool which would elevate this masterpiece of a place even higher. Breakfast, both savory and sweet, was abundant and varied (we stayed for eight days and tasted different things every day). The farmhouse is a bit far from the sea, but despite everything, we visited the beaches of the coast every day. Overall judgment is more than positive, we hope to return.

This is a typical Masseria Nuova, very well located and well maintained both indoors and outdoors. You can breathe a great peace and tranquillity and the welcome received from the staff encourages you to repeat the experience. We stayed for the first time in this Masseria Nuova, due to its central location with respect to our needs of those days, and we were overwhelmed by the tranquility and peace of the countryside in which it is immersed, allowing us to fully enjoy the rest and the absolutely relaxing atmosphere in which it is located. Spacious, functional, clean, and well-kept rooms, which find their added value in the garden from which they are served. Finally, the breakfast was worthy of a typical Apulian lunch, with typical products of excellent quality, to which we could never resist, also thanks to the absolutely polite, hospitable, and helpful staff. We only regret not having had time to try the on-site restaurant, but this is just one of the many reasons we will have to come back. The only suggestion to give could be to make the sign indicating the country road where to enter to reach the structure more visible, consisting of a sign illuminated by a lighthouse, which however does not allow to read very well at a distance what is written. In any case, when we return we will already know where to go. 😉😉😉

My family and I stayed at Masseria Nuova for two nights and going back home was a real disappointment! The property is very well-kept and characteristic, the breakfasts excellent with local and quality products. Excellent reception from Riccardo and he is really nice. We also had dinner at the bistro and the dinner was truly excellent. We will definitely come back.

The building is very nice but is managed with very little care and attention. The large and suggestive room was quite dirty. The toilet was leaking, the shower was unusable due to limescale (the shower head literally burst), and the manager didn't notice anything (he started taking pictures around). The power went out several times for hours, so no essential air conditioning given the location in full sun. Besides, we were warned that if the power didn't come back, they wouldn't open the restaurant and therefore goodbye to the booked dinner. Fortunately, the power came back but it turned out they had a baptism so we couldn't eat outdoors. In the end, we negotiated for a secluded place in the garden by setting up the tables we had in the room, but we had to wait until 10:30 p.m. They proposed the 30 euro tasting menu but then they said that the available dishes were only those from the baptism, so the choice was between only two first courses. The service ended at 12:30 a.m. when tired we went to sleep without the dessert planned from the menu but they didn't bring it to us since the baptism was still on the first course. Of course, no discount was applied. I specify that the dinner was booked a month in advance. Beyond the mishap, the saddest thing was to see the little consideration they had for the customer especially in the ways. The only positive note was the truly excellent breakfast, but even this with a poor service (we had to point out that we were 6 while the portions they brought us, observing the other tables, were for 4 and the hot drinks that they didn't offer us arrived when we had already finished). NOT RECOMMENDED

Good evening, I stayed two nights at Masseria Nuova and I had a great time. I was welcomed by Riccardo (Chef) in an exemplary manner, he transmitted his passion and dedication for cooking. Masseria Nuova farmhouse is very well cared for in every detail, starting from the silence and peace that reign in an expanse of olive groves to the cleanliness of the room. About the food, what can I say? It's a fairy tale, starting from the abundant breakfasts of homemade products, thanks to the great Giovanni, a very exquisite person in making himself available for anything, to the fabulous chef Riccardo who prepared certain dinners that are hard to forget. It's worth mentioning that every evening we were served homemade pasta made on-site and not bought, wine, oil, and everything else was all homemade. In short, I invite you to visit this farmhouse, you will be amazed.

Everything is impeccable, the structure is located in a strategically logistical place, beaches and very beautiful villages are easily reachable in a very short time, to experience and visit, breathing the air of other times, among endless olive groves and vineyards of Primitivo di Manduria. Beautiful eighteenth-century structure, renovated but left with its original design, immersed in the silent countryside of olive groves, spacious rooms, in white stone, relaxing, very comfortable bed, impeccable daily cleaning. There is nothing more to add, you just have to experience it.

There are few places where I have been on vacation where I felt at home and 'Masseria Nuova' is one of them! Just arrived it was love at first sight: the pictures of the property were really beautiful but it is clear that they do not do it justice. The area is very quiet and from this location it is very easy to reach all the areas of Puglia in a short time. I will not dwell too much on talking about the staff as you will immediately realize that kindness is their watchword without obviously counting the excellent food and colorful breakfasts. Went on vacation with Bonus Vacanze without any problem or 'surprise' that other managers communicated to us only by phone. Honest, good and professional. Vote? Ten! Cit.

This property offers a very relaxing stay, immersed in the greenery of the olive trees. The rooms are spacious, simple and clean, very nice the relationship between the rock and the plaster. The breakfast is very abundant, composed every day of different specialties among sweets and fruit extracts. I would say the only negative note concerns the location of our room, too close to the tables where dinner is served. Recommended place for a pleasant stay and also the location is very strategic to visit some beauties of Puglia. In half an hour you can visit beautiful seaside places, with dunes and amazing water and different surrounding cities.

Masseria Nuova is located in the countryside, among the peace of olive trees and a golden silence. Perhaps a bit secluded, but easily reachable everywhere. A little over half an hour from the beach, but to find beaches like the ones we saw, I would even drive an hour each time! 5 minutes from the historic center of Francavilla (very beautiful!) 10 minutes from Oria (very cute) 40 minutes from Ostuni (wonderful) In short, halfway with all the most beautiful things. Once inside the walls of Masseria Nuova, it feels like being in a surreal and beautiful place. Our room, a simple double, had a very spacious bedroom, furnished in the same style as Masseria Nuova, an iron bed, a fireplace, a small flat-screen TV (but who uses it on vacation?), 2 bedside tables and a small wardrobe, plus a very efficient refrigerator. The bathroom very very large, a nice shower, all very spacious. The change of towels is done every day, same for the cleaning of the room. The stay also included breakfast, served at the table every morning from 8 to 10 in the courtyard of Masseria Nuova. The table already set awaited us every morning, together with Giovanni, who as soon as he saw us arriving served us breakfast and what a breakfast! Every day croissant, fruit salad, homemade yogurt, cereals and a fruit extract (always homemade) different every day (sublime!) Plus every morning different pastries that could range from amaretto, to pasticciotto, to krapfen, to a fruit basket... Plus a very good cappuccino! In short, we stayed a week, we had a great time, we were pampered and for any request for advice on where to find or buy things, Mr. Giovanni always helped us. He was a true host! Not to mention how well we slept immersed in the most total peace. Returning to those parts, I would return to Masseria Nuova with my eyes closed. Only negative note, I write it hoping it is constructive, I would fix the filter from where the water comes out of the bathroom tap. Rating 10 overall.

Masseria Nuova immersed in the countryside of Francavilla Fontana, a beautiful structure for those who love the idea of staying in such a place. Welcomed with a tasting of their excellent products! Impeccable breakfast, with new items every morning made up of products always from their production, the very helpful director was able to speak very well about the place and directed us to beautiful destinations.
