Masseria Giustiniani is a typical fortified farmhouse from the 16th century., once a defensive construction against pirate incursions, is surrounded by greenery and is located in the countryside, in a quiet area, near the town of Torricella Puglia.
It is approximately 4. 5 km away. from the splendid Ionian Sea with its sandy beaches.
It is advisable to book well in advance if you want to take advantage of the equipped beaches on the Ionian coast.
From the structure you can easily reach tourist and cultural locations of notable interest in the surrounding area.
We recommend a visit to the Salina Monaci Natural Park in Torre Colimena, with Punta Prosciutto, to the Dunes of Campomarino, to the archaeological area of ??the Messapi tombs with underground crypt in Manduria, to the beautiful city of Taranto with its suggestive underground passages, to the exclusive of the Ceramics of Grottaglie, to the underground rock church of Madonna delle Grazie of San Marzano di San Giuseppe, to the historic town of Oria and much more.

Many years ago, I arrived from Friuli to Puglia and immediately fell in love with the Puglian cuisine. Thanks to my talented mother-in-law, who is a great cook, I have also learned the traditional cuisine that I now offer to my guests. The menu of fava bean puree with various vegetable side dishes and other indulgences that I create on the spot according to the season brings me great satisfaction. It is a menu that is highly appreciated and even applauded by my guests. The period of the zucchini bloom is the perfect time for amazing dishes. And what can I say about the peppery and gratinated mussels from our sea? The tria with chickpeas is a very traditional dish with a delicate yet distinct flavor. Everything is paired with our wines from the Terre del Primitivo di Manduria. During moments of relaxation, I dedicate myself to my always blooming garden.

Truly beautiful structure immersed in the greenery amidst a vineyard, the rooms (spotless) equipped with everything necessary for a quiet and restful vacation, excellent location to visit nearby beautiful cities (Nardò, Manduria) and the most suggestive beaches (San Pietro in Bevagna, Marina di Lizzano, Punta Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo). On the last evening, we dined at Masseria Giustiniani, all exquisite. And finally, the owners, very kind, caring and attentive to our needs (excellent advice for the beaches and places to visit/eat), a truly enchanting place that I recommend without any doubt!

Beautiful Masseria Giustiniani surrounded by vineyards. Spacious rooms tastefully furnished. Excellent and varied breakfast served at the table. Kind welcome and full of information on places to see and where to eat and taste excellent Primitivo. We recommend.
