At the entrance of the Masseria, guests can enjoy a large area, beyond the entrance gate, for parking their cars. After leaving their luggage, they can relax by strolling through the large garden with an English lawn that surrounds the Masseria, also equipped with a gazebo, solarium, refreshment and reading area.

For the little ones, the Masseria offers a small playground.

For fitness enthusiasts, the spacious outdoor area is equipped with a covered veranda with a "mountain view" intended to accommodate gym equipment. The back of the Masseria is enriched by direct contact with nature: English lawn, ancient "Carrubo" tree, and large orchard.
