Located just 250 meters from the beach of Torre San Giovanni, the B&B Mare del Sud consists of two small apartments and six tastefully furnished rooms. Each room is equipped with a modern 32-inch flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. You can enjoy free services such as bike rental and Wi-Fi connection, as well as air conditioning. Breakfast is served every morning and includes both sweet and savory products. Additionally, there is a laundry room and various common areas including a cozy lounge, a garden, and a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful and relaxing holiday. They couldn't find better.\nThe owners of the structure, Massimo and Jenny, spectacular, helpful and affable people, it feels like being with family. \nThe bed and breakfast is located in a strategic position, close to the beaches (the lido il Molo is fantastic) and a stone's throw from the main street with the venues of Torre San Giovanni. A perfect 10 for everything! \nCongratulations indeed... we will definitely come back.

I stayed at this property with my girlfriend. What can I say: Everything is newly built with spacious, clean rooms and beautiful furnishings (even nicer than the photos), clean bathroom with modern sanitary ware and shower, air conditioning, TV, mini fridge (I hadn't read that it was there but it was a nice surprise), comfortable bed, spacious closets and a safety safe with a key. The owners are friendly, amicable and professional people (things rarely coincide). Abundant breakfast both sweet and savory: filled croissants, pasticciotti, cakes, pies, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, cappuccinos... in short, everything. The location is very strategic both for staying in the area and for moving away: in the area with 2 steps (really 2 steps) you arrive at the seafront where there are many restaurants, bars with a lot of nightlife in the evening, a very suggestive tree-lined free beach. Furthermore, the property offers bicycles: they were very convenient both for moving around and for a ride on the seafront (with a dedicated cycle path), also in 5 minutes by bike you can reach the equipped beaches. For longer trips, within a maximum of 1 hour by car you can reach Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Punta Prosciutto, while Gallipoli is only 20 minutes away. Finally: Everything went well, no hitches, no disappointments, everything perfect! I definitely recommend this property for its beauty, comfort, and seriousness.

Comfortable, welcoming, extremely clean and organized structure, located a short distance from the sea (fabulous). The owners are extremely kind and friendly people. It was truly a beautiful discovery for us, we will definitely come back, we felt at home!

Highly recommended structure, owners are exquisite, very polite and kind people, always attentive to every customer's need, new and well-made welcoming environments, both salty and sweet breakfast, something for every taste. I recommend the apple cake, excellent. The structure is centrally located and not far from the sea, in short, it's a must-visit place.

Quiet place in a beautiful olive grove. Excellent welcome by the owners and their willingness to act as 'cicerone' and tour guide. Splendid and excellent cakes that accompany breakfast every morning. Ideal for families.

A fantastic week in a fantastic facility. We stayed in the DX apartment enjoying the bed and breakfast formula. Everything is new and well taken care of with great attention. Jenny and Massimo, the owners, proved to be discreet hosts but present when needed. The morning always started in an excellent way with a breakfast that lacked nothing, from fresh fruit to pasticciotti, to fresh croissants or the excellent cakes prepared by Jenny. Bicycles are available for guests to go to the nearby beaches (I recommend Il Molo. It is 5 minutes away by bike and has umbrellas with plenty of space between them). The bed and breakfast is located 50 meters from the TSG pedestrian area near restaurants and shops but in a completely quiet area.

Vacation to be redone, stunning sea, and a ten and praise goes all to the beach in front where you find quality in the menus, courtesy and kindness of the beach staff who takes care of pampering you to make you live your vacation at its best the B&B cute clean the staff kind I would definitely go back.
