The rooms are clean and really beautiful. The staff is top-notch: always available, friendly, and nice. Breakfast is the highlight. I felt at home, really, maybe even better. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to you too, if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay in that area.

We had a pleasant if short stay at Mamma Lucia B&B and would gladly return in a heartbeat. The room was spotlessly clean and though the private bathroom was a bit far from the room, it didn't cause us any issues. The host was really kind and assisted us in every request and also made up for our poor spoken Italian. Parking is on the street about 50m away, again no problem for such a central location. A real find.

The room, like the entire B&B, is simple and refined and perfectly clean, with white and fragrant towels and sheets. The breakfast?... it's SUPER! Especially for the delicious pasticciotti just baked by Giusi. The managers Giusi and Salvo were like real vacation friends, always available and so good at recommending the most beautiful places in the area, there are so many beaches and they are all beautiful that every day we had a different itinerary. One of the best Bed and Breakfasts that has ever hosted me, clean and welcoming. The availability from the owners was divine and for personal reasons they even brought me luck. Excellent breakfast and everything overall. Fabulous the pasticciotto of the breakfast prepared by the owner. I will definitely come back.

We were greeted by Salvo and Giusi with great warmth and kindness. During our short stay, they advised us on where to eat and what to visit, always available and discreet as well as really nice! The structure is brand new, tastefully furnished and above all very clean, with great attention to detail. Moreover, it is centrally located and not far from beautiful beaches: we particularly liked the one in Torre Colimena with the salt flats behind it. Highly recommended!

The structure and the hospitality of the managers, especially Giusy, exceeded all our expectations, from cleanliness to the kindness with which they relate to guests as if they were lifelong friends. I stayed at B&B Mamma Lucia for 3 nights at the end of June and I keep a beautiful memory of it. The structure, first of all, is very well taken care of, opened in April and completely renovated. The interiors are furnished with great taste, the combinations are done perfectly, nothing is missing: there is air conditioning, there is wifi, mosquito net, the bed is very comfortable, the place is quiet despite being in the center, parking is very easy to find. The rooms (2) are on the first floor and one bathroom is on the first floor, outside the rooms, and the other is on the ground floor. Both brand new and spacious, especially the one on the first floor. Outside the bathroom there is a small sitting area with armchairs, a small table, and shelves with books and magazines to relax. The rooms have a view of a very quiet inner courtyard used only by the municipal police, so very quiet. In the alley next door, there is also a very well-kept garden with children's games and closed with a gate at set times. At 50 meters, you are already on the main street where all the shops are located, and at 300 meters you will find the square of Manduria and the beautiful ghetto to visit absolutely, with the Cathedral. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a very cozy room with light wood furniture and stone walls. There is also a very large wall-mounted TV. Adjacent is the kitchen available, with stove, microwave, and fridge with fresh drinks. The management is taken care of by Giusy and her husband Salvatore, two exquisite and warm people who will undoubtedly make you feel welcomed and at home, just as they did with me. I was traveling alone and they were truly like two friends. The unspoiled beaches (do not expect beach facilities) only the free beach of San Pietro are a 10-minute drive away. Punta Prosciutto is reached passing through Avetrana in 12 minutes. Torre Lapillo in 15 minutes. Extremely smooth traffic if not non-existent (except a little in August). I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a vacation with good food, beautiful sea, relaxation, but also choosing a bit of culture and without spending crazy amounts as in overrated villages like Porto Cesareo or Torre Lapillo where they overwhelm you and basically there is nothing! Just many many many tourists. In Manduria, there is life!

Impeccable B&B, the structure, renovated, offers very cozy and spacious rooms, the service is excellent thanks to the particular attention reserved by the managers. Highly recommended breakfast!

We really liked the structure! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the great care and the courtesy of the managers who kindly advised us on places to visit. The location is also very good. I recommend it!
