Unfortunately, the 'albergo diffuso' concept means that not all units are adequate. We had booked an accommodation that was not available (the host unexpectedly claimed it was no longer available and should be removed from the website), and we discovered this upon arrival. The alternative initially offered by the host was awful and completely unlivable even for a few minutes, let alone a stay. After complaints, other accommodations were assigned, certainly more acceptable, but probably not ready or aired for our arrival. One of the two we accepted only needed a final cleaning, but the other had mattresses that should be replaced because they were smelly and outdated, and the facilities were not thoroughly cleaned. In the end, after a bad start, the host tried to make amends and, all things considered, it was possible to stay, but everything definitely needs improvement (cleaning, furniture, amenities).

Strongly not recommended! Apartment 200 meters from the main office. The property was not very clean, the air conditioning did not work during summer with 35°C in the shade. The bathroom had no windows and its ceiling was a polycarbonate sheet and the toilet was foul-smelling (backflow of odor). For three people there were 3 bath towels, 3 medium towels and 1 towel for the bidet. On arrival, following the manager's advice, we chose to pay immediately so we would not have to return to the main office to pay. I paid in cash and we were not given a receipt. At check-out, instead of leaving the keys in the room, I returned them to the manager and, of course, asked for the receipt. It is the first time a manager has not asked me if everything went well;to me he already knew the answer.

I didn't give 0 (because you can't). The room was not clean on our arrival. Dirt everywhere. Hair everywhere. Sheets not changed because we found hair on the pillows. The kitchen was unusable because a part was missing, and it was extremely dirty and rusty. I would like to attach some photos to show the condition of the room on arrival, but on this site it is not possible. The owner is convinced he is right and that the room had been cleaned, moreover without making sure to come and see it or to view the photos. Stayed 17-18 August (one night, fortunately).
