Maison del Borgo is a cozy apartment located in the heart of Vieste, within the charming area of the 19th-century old town, just a short walk from Marina Piccola, the Scalinata dell’Amore, and the Swabian Castle. Its prime location allows guests to enjoy the allure of the historic center with ease, as they can easily walk to the marina, the waterfront, and Pizzomunno beach, making it an ideal stay for those who wish to explore without a car and fully embrace the leisurely pace of their vacation.

Spread over two levels, the accommodation features functional and well-organized spaces. The upper floor includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while the lower floor consists of an entrance, a living room with an induction kitchenette, and a sofa bed with a mattress and frame, along with a second bathroom. A small balcony completes the space, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation outdoors.

Guests have access to amenities such as a washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and final cleaning services. Bed and bath linen rentals are available upon request. The local tourist tax is to be paid on-site.

Apartment located in an excellent position, in the center a few minutes from the equipped beaches and from the free beach of Marina Piccola. Furnished with taste and cared for down to the smallest details. Bed and sofa bed excellent(finally!). Hosts: delightful people, very kind.

The apartment is nice and well cared for, located in a very central position and exceptionally convenient: in one minute on foot you are in the center, and in a few minutes you reach the equipped beaches. Being located on a small side street it is very quiet and at night you can rest without any disturbance, which, especially for those with children like us, is a lifesaver. The little house is equipped with everything and the owner was extremely kind, willing to answer our many questions and, faced with a need (despite the air conditioning we were a bit hot in the mezzanine area), she immediately took action and within less than two hours purchased a fan for us, solving the problem. We can only compliment her for the hospitality we received and recommend this lovely holiday accommodation!

We stayed in the property for 15 days. The central location is a strong point for visiting the town and the historic center, and the possibility of accessing the shops and venues in the historic center is another plus. The house is comfortable, functional, equipped with all comforts and the 2 bathrooms are an extraordinary convenience. The wifi is also a significant advantage. Isabella is kind and helpful, a special thanks to Mrs. Gianna who welcomed us with kindness and courtesy.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment right in the center of Vieste. It felt like being at home. The apartment is very well maintained in every detail. The convenience of having two bathrooms, air conditioning, and a truly impeccable kitchen. We breathed in fresh and modern air. The location is excellent for reaching the center, especially with small children. From the apartment, it was easy to walk to both the port of Vieste and the nearby beach as well as Pizzomunno beach. We thank Isabella from the bottom of our hearts, always very kind and helpful in advising us on places to visit and excursions. A stay at Maison del Borgo is truly worth it; you will be left speechless because it will exceed all your expectations. Rating 10++++

Beautiful house, completely renovated and comfortable. Central location, you can walk both to the beach and to admire the beauties of Vieste. Mrs. Isabella and Giovanna are very kind and ready to help with any inconvenience. We will definitely come back, highly recommended. You won't regret it.
