Sophisticated rustic house in the historic center of Ostuni. It is strategically located a few steps away from “Piazza della Libertà”, but in a quiet area and very well served by all kinds of stores. Very fast fiber connection provided by Vodafone, air conditioning hot-cold, electric stove, TV full-HD Philips, large bathroom with very comfortable shower. Price is per night for 2 people.

A holiday in this house will make you live an emotion of the past. You will live a unique experience in a real 19th-century house, carefully restored to its original architecture, but equipped with all the comforts.

It is a white-washed semi-detached house located in a very charming and quiet street of the historic center, just few steps away from the vibrant nightlife. It’s easy to find free parking.

The neighborhood
“Il Barco", a typical and authentic district of the center town of Ostuni, that many locals have picked to live in. It is the ideal place to know the people who live in Ostuni throughout the year, always kind and helpful at every opportunity. The road is one of the most quiet in Ostuni, even though it’s just 2 steps from “Piazza della Libertà”, the main square.

Getting around
Easy access to seasonal bus shuttle to provincial beaches. Cisternino, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Alberobello and the other important touristic spots of “Valle d’Itria”, aren’t but a few minutes out by car.

Other things to note
Sorting of waste has become obligatory: recycling bins and bags are available in the house for the separate collection of waste.

Very central and very nice apartment, attention to detail complete with everything. Very helpful and very kind owner. It was an unforgettable stay and if we were to return to Ostuni I will not hesitate to rebook (I could not find better).

Lovely studio all in stone as if it were in a Matera stone with a super equipped kitchenette and large and comfortable bathroom; strategic position 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Ostuni! Obviously being on the ground floor it has no balcony or windows but for a few days it's more than fine! The owner is very kind and always available! \nThank you Francesco.

Wonderful location in the center of Ostuni. Francesco, the owner, is very kind and super helpful with every request. We stayed with 4 people and 2 children and we had a great time. An excellent base for visiting Puglia and being in the center of Ostuni in the evening. Highly recommended.

A truly pleasant stay regarding the structure, elegantly renovated and equipped with every comfort, as well as impeccable cleanliness. Excellent location from a logistical point of view: steps away from the historic center and at the same time away from the chaos. I would like to conclude with compliments to the owner, Francesco, a person of exquisite courtesy, always available for any possible need. Congratulations! The only negative thing: the 10 days of the stay flew by in a flash!
