I give an 8 to the structure because, overall, as for the location and the structure itself, it's not bad. But there are things to improve and to know before booking. The room assigned to us was on the top floor, with narrow and steep stairs. It wasn't a problem for us because we had few luggage and no particular motor difficulties, but for those with walking problems or traveling with large and heavy luggage, it could be an issue. Second problem, the humidity. Even with the air conditioners present, it was quite noticeable, especially at night. Probably by keeping the dehumidifier on all day, the problem diminishes, but it's still there and should be taken into consideration. Third problem, the furniture... Unfortunately very bare. No wardrobes (except for a small one without a closure in the master bedroom), no mirrors, very few surfaces for personal items, no blackout curtain. Maybe this is what I would improve. Overall, excellent accommodation to see Old Bari and surrounding areas, very close parking, very present but friendly neighbors. Excellent cleanliness, welcome, and availability of the owner.

Beautiful and clean rooms, in the heart of the historic center just a stone's throw from the sea. Perfect for visiting all the characteristic places and taking a nice walk in the shopping streets of the center of Bari.
