The stay at this property was one of the worst in my experience. The property is well renovated and furnished in a minimal way (perhaps a bit too minimal). The bed is comfortable and the cleanliness more than adequate. The biggest problem is related to the presence in the courtyard overlooking the entrance (and the only window of the room) of some individuals who all night long (all three nights of my stay) were making noise, engaging in activities on which I did not want to investigate, but which left me very puzzled. Contact with the host was not easy, and obtaining a tax receipt was very laborious, despite my consent to the host's request for cash payment upon arrival at the property and my extensive information to the host about the need for a tax receipt. I am happy to have finished my stay at the “Le Tre Meraviglie” property, happy not to have to return there anymore, and I sincerely hope that no other unfortunate person has to stay there.

Few positive aspects: comfortable bed and cleanliness. Many negative aspects instead: room without blackout curtain with lamps illuminated all night shining on white umbrellas open in the alley. The result is a disturbing light all night long. Asking the manager to take action was of no use. Furthermore, in the alley, there are loud noises until late at night due to the activities taking place (on which I won't comment further). If you want to sleep, don't go there! The furniture is too basic and doesn't allow you to place your things. Also, the contact with the host was challenging, especially in obtaining the receipt. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very negative.

I give an 8 to the structure because, overall, as for the location and the structure itself, it's not bad. But there are things to improve and to know before booking. The room assigned to us was on the top floor, with narrow and steep stairs. It wasn't a problem for us because we had few luggage and no particular motor difficulties, but for those with walking problems or traveling with large and heavy luggage, it could be an issue. Second problem, the humidity. Even with the air conditioners present, it was quite noticeable, especially at night. Probably by keeping the dehumidifier on all day, the problem diminishes, but it's still there and should be taken into consideration. Third problem, the furniture... Unfortunately very bare. No wardrobes (except for a small one without a closure in the master bedroom), no mirrors, very few surfaces for personal items, no blackout curtain. Maybe this is what I would improve. Overall, excellent accommodation to see Old Bari and surrounding areas, very close parking, very present but friendly neighbors. Excellent cleanliness, welcome, and availability of the owner.

Beautiful and clean rooms, in the heart of the historic center just a stone's throw from the sea. Perfect for visiting all the characteristic places and taking a nice walk in the shopping streets of the center of Bari.
