Good property, excellent management.

Fantastic apartment with a sea view right in front of the house! Bar with spectacular croissants and a market very close by. Absolute friendliness and availability from the owner Fabrizio. Wonderful!

Very convenient location, right on the seafront; at the same time a bit disturbing at night due to the noise from passing cars and the garbage collection trucks. Bathroom clean but functional; the shower cubicle is very small. The owner Fabrizio is very polite, although not very available and hospitable.

We are very satisfied with the welcome we received. Le Sorgenti proves to be a well-managed, orderly and clean property. The proximity to the sea and the tranquility of the area complete the overall experience.

Would definitely return.

Strategic location with the sea 10 meters away and next to it, there is a bar and a grocery store. I will definitely return.

The place is beautiful. The structure is in the right spot, there was no need to take the car, neither for a day at the beach, nor for shopping or if you want to go out in the evening! Everything is around! Under the structure, there is a small equipped beach with an umbrella and sunbeds. I couldn't ask for more! The owner is kind and helpful. We will return soon.

I highly recommend this property as it is in an excellent location, very clean rooms equipped with a fridge, television, air conditioning, some with a balcony overlooking the sea. Bar, tobacco shop, and supermarket below the house. Manager available for anything.

Falling asleep and waking up with the sound of the waves of the sea is something incredibly beautiful. The seaside structure has everything you need for a simple and relaxing holiday. The presence of a minimarket (really great baked and gastronomic products) and a bar/tobacconist/newsstand are a significant added value. The structure is located on the seafront and offers a variety of restaurants, artisanal food and non-food stalls, street food, market, rides for both adults and children, and various events organized to entertain vacationers. The manager was very helpful and kind as well as the person in charge of tidying up the rooms. Always smiling, they helped create a good memory of this vacation.

Structure in front of the sea, provided with supermarkets, restaurants and everything necessary. Beautiful view from the balcony of the structure, ideal place for singles, for couples and also for families with children.

A very well-equipped apartment to feel comfortable. Since the bedroom is located at the back of the apartment, the proximity to the busy street is not bothersome at all. The location is excellent. The beach and the spring are just across the street. So you can easily commute between the apartment and the beach. Café and tobacco shop are right next door and there is also a small supermarket.

Excellent location by the sea. Fabrizio the owner was very kind and super helpful. The cleaning lady was impeccable! Highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

Strategic location of the property, everything is within easy reach in case you do not want to drive (bars, pastry shops, restaurants, markets, fruit shops, kiosks, beaches, and marina); excellent solution also to reach the best beaches in the area. Definitely a pleasant place to stay, daily cleaning absolutely approved!

Caught a deal and for the price paid we can't complain. Do not consider my evaluation for breakfast as it was not included in the price. There is a mini fridge in the room and air conditioning. The downside is the shower being too narrow and the hot water tap that burns at over 100 degrees; we happened to touch it and get burned, but just be careful. The mattress is comfortable. However, a light in the room was also blown. In short, there's room for improvement but I remain optimistic.

Not bad, I would gladly come back.

Structure located in front of the seafront with a great view. The room is small but clean and tidy. Lack of parking. The overall judgment is more than enough.

The price is fair considering that the furniture is quite dated. A suggestion for the manager could be to add a couple more drying racks for the towels. Despite a misunderstanding between the bar manager and the structure manager, we were asked to pay for breakfast again... it can happen, but the annoying thing is that he did not apologize for what happened. Shame, the location is excellent.

Hello, I rate 10 for the really excellent location near the beach and a short walk from the town center where there are Le Giostrine for the little ones. Some low ratings, however, are because the structure has some flaws. The kitchen and bathroom furnishings are a bit old and there are some pieces that, as you touch them, come off especially in the bathroom. The shower is very narrow and old, making it very uncomfortable to enter with a child to take a shower. Pots and pans need to be completely replaced. Another very important flaw, considering that you are on vacation, is that the structure is very chaotic due to the continuous traffic because the Two-room apartment overlooks the street, as well as the noise in the structure itself with related works at 2 - 3 pm in the afternoon and many other long conversations at high volumes directly behind doors and windows. Another flaw is the unexpected breakfast in a quite high cost, since the bar is practically next door and we expected at least a welcome coffee. Despite everything, with a bit of patience and organization, you can have a decent holiday. Another important note. The entrance has about ten steps, if you have strollers, etc., you are forced every time to lift them to go up because there are no slides.
