Located in the heart of the popular San Pio district, between Porta Rudiae and the former Manifattura Tabacchi, the Last Minute Bed and Breakfast is housed in a historic palace from the 1940s. The recent renovation and the sophisticated and modern furnishings make the environment comfortable and elegant, without sacrificing the feeling of being "at home".

The bright rooms, equipped with all the comforts, overlook the internal terrace, where silence and relaxation reign supreme, and where one can spend the warm summer evenings in complete tranquility or with a dinner in company. The Last Minute is definitely the optimal starting point for discovering the historical and architectural beauties of the city of Lecce, both on foot and by bike, and for exploring the hundreds of towns and villages of Salento.

The fully autonomous rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, smart TV with digital channels and Netflix subscription. The memory foam mattresses and slatted frames combined with the excellent quality of the pillows guarantee optimal rest for maximum enjoyment of the stay.

Depending on the type of room chosen, they can accommodate from one to four people and can have an en-suite or external bathroom.

Breakfast is the most important moment of the day as it provides the right energy to face the exhausting day of a tourist.

At Last Minute, we take pride in pampering our guests with freshly brewed coffee, freshly squeezed juices, a buffet of croissants and cakes, and especially with "pasticciotto", a typical sweet pastry of Lecce and a true energy bomb!
Breakfast is served on the terrace or in the dining room (upon request, also in the room) from 8:30 am to 10:00 am and is the perfect time to meet other guests of the house and maybe exchange experiences and tips on holidays and places to visit.

This place is excellent! It is very quiet, safe, and kept immaculately clean. The location is also excellent, being only a couple of minutes by foot to the historic center of Lecce, as well as only a short walk to the train station. Serena is a wonderful and kind hostess and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended.

We stayed from 27th to 31st December 2022. We had a great time: comfortable room, clean, excellent services, a nice large shower. Very close to the historic center. Also convenient for the station, just 15 minutes on foot. Only one downside: cold room, especially in the first few days, then things improved.

Quiet place and quite convenient location, kind and attentive owners. The terrace / patio is very nice, wifi works perfectly. I suggest more service (bowls, spoons, plates) for breakfast and fresh homemade food instead of industrial ones.

Located a stone's throw from the main gate of the historic center, on a street where parking is free. The property is spacious, clean, modern, and equipped with all the comforts. The bed is really comfortable! The owner is kind and helpful. We had a great time. We hope to come back.

We stayed only one night, and despite the short time spent in the room, we immediately felt and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of the place. The owner is very kind and helpful, the room we used was tidy, clean, and equipped with all the amenities (air conditioning, TV, wifi). Ample space for the kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. Definitely recommended!
