L’ARCO ANTICO – Una Casa sul Mare welcomes you to the heart of Polignano a Mare’s historic centre, close to the famous Santo Stefano viewpoint. Surrounded by stone alleyways, small shops and restaurants, our property is an ideal place to experience the old town’s atmosphere and discover the beauty of the Apulian coast.
Our shared rooftop terrace offers panoramic sea views and a welcoming space to relax.
OUR ROOMS
Our carefully furnished rooms accommodate two guests. Each room features a private bathroom with a shower and bidet, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
Amenities include electronic key-card access, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, a minibar, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, a wardrobe, a safe and satellite TV with Italian and international channels via tivùsat.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, 24 hours a day.
THE ROOFTOP TERRACE
The sea-view rooftop terrace is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the property and is shared between the rooms. It is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, shaded areas and an outdoor shower.
A minibar and snacks are also available on the terrace at an additional charge, with prices displayed on a dedicated list.
The panoramic sea views described refer to the shared rooftop terrace.

A coupon for a coffee shop. Good coffee and croissant. The window/door to the room was great, but it was so busy that it could never be opened, so fresh air in the room wasn’t an option. Overall, a nice stay and Alda was very accommodating.

Everything was wonderful. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The apartment is in the historic city center, close to everything. It was a great find. The air conditioning was not working; it was for heating, but that was not a problem.

Fantastic room in beautiful old building. Exceptionally clean. Superb bathroom with everything you need. Host was available at all times and had lots of information for us. Quite rightly, she is very proud of this wonderful place - 100% recommend. You get a voucher for very good coffee and pastries at a nearby cafe for breakfast.
