We love to give the greatest care to breakfast time, the best way to ensure that our guests begin their day in the most pleasant way. Wake up to the wonderful aroma of Italian coffee and freshly made homemade cakes and bread. Enjoy our seasonal fruits, honey, jams, yogurt, butter and cereal accompanied with fruit juices, tea, cappuccino, milk, chocolate and, of course, espresso coffee.
On request we can also add savory products such as cold cuts or cheeses. Please inform us of your preferences and any food intolerances you may have. We are at your disposal.

The farmhouse is immersed in the green and quite countryside between the hills and the sea. A magical place where you can spend your holidays in serenity and peace. We are located in the "Alto Salento" near the border of the famous "Valle d'Itria" in the land of Ostuni (S. P. 14). Situated about 4 km from the historical centre of beautiful Ostuni, 10 km both from Cisternino famous for the "Pietre che Cantano" Festival and from Ceglie Messapica renowned for its local gastronomical dishes, 15 Km from Martina Franca famous for its baroque style and its well known Opera Festival, about 12 km from the beaches of Ostuni (Rosa Marina, Villanova - Specchiolla) and from those of Fasano (Torre Canne - Savelletri). 25 km away is the famous WWF oasis of Torre Guaceto, an ideal destination for wonderful walks in the Mediterranean landscape or to enjoy the beaches and swim in the crystal clear waters of our sea.
Our farmhouse is an ideal location to be able to visit the many places of interest in the beautiful region of Puglia in less than half an hour by car: Alberobello which is the capital of the Trulli, Locorotondo famous for its wines, the Fasano Zoo Safari and the ruins of Egnazia, the Dolmen of Montalbano, the Grotte di Castellana and Polignano a Mare. In an hour reach Lecce, famous for its baroque and Taranto, with its spectacular revolving bridge. Explore the ancient city centre of Bari as well as the several itineraries of architectural interest like Frederick II's Castle and Romanesque style cathedrals.
Our local food and wine are definitely worth a mention, a variety of music festivals and numerous town fairs can be enjoyed throughout the territory.
Bari and Brindisi airports are respectively 80 and 50 km, the closest railway station to arrive at is Ostuni.
If you are traveling by car, choose the A14 motorway and exit at BARI NORD then take the highway, direction BRINDISI - LECCE. Exit at OSTUNI.

We stayed at La Vecchia Tabaccheria B&B for two nights, we had a great time, impeccable cleanliness, fresh and rich breakfast, extremely friendly managers ready to recommend beaches and places to have dinner. Slightly outside Ostuni, this property allows you to relax and enjoy the greenery. Air conditioning and private parking allow you to enjoy every comfort. Highly recommended!

I stayed at La Vecchia Tabaccheria B&B from August 6th to 16th, 2023. We were welcomed by Mr. Giovanni, a very kind and helpful person in recommending beaches, villages to visit, and nice restaurants for dinner. The property is truly deserving: tastefully furnished rooms, excellent cleanliness, not to mention the breakfast, delicious and varied. Everything was truly excellent. I highly recommend it.

Perfection exists! To define this Bed and Breakfast as excellent would be an understatement. The elegance, the attention to every detail, the meticulous cleanliness, the abundant and genuine breakfast. A stay full of cuddles given by the availability and kindness of the Stangarone family, by the wonderful structure, the enchanting landscape, and the exquisite homemade cakes. I had not returned to my native country for years and not having a home there anymore, I looked on the internet and wanted to try this structure which, honestly, astonished me with the cordiality of the managers, the cleanliness, and the care of the sought-after details that characterize it. I must say that the availability and cordiality of the managers made me feel at home again. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend both short and longer periods in complete relaxation.
