La Torretta affitti brevi the Tenuta San Procopio, adjacent to Tenuta San Procopio, holiday home is located about 1 km from the CAPITOLO, seaside resort of Monopoli, surrounded by olive grove which produces our extra virgin olive oil, and within walking distance, rock church of saints andrew and procopio
(XI century).

Studio beatifully furnished with double bed and a bunk bed, refrigerator, eletric stove, tv, air conditioning, bathroom with lavoratory and shover.

With bbq and gazebo, spacius relaxation.

If you like tranquility, choose this property, you are surrounded by olive trees. Spacious room with a comfortable bed, a kitchenette where you can cook, an outdoor patio and private parking. Extraordinary hospitality from Giovanni and his wife. Although breakfast was not included, we found water, coffee, tea, herbal teas and pastries available free of charge, provided daily. The only downside, not attributable to the hosts, was the adverse weather conditions.

The location of the structure is perfect for total relaxation as it is situated in the middle of the countryside of Contrada L'Assunta and the olive grove of the owner Giovanni, always attentive to our needs and to any requests, such as for bicycles to reach the nearby sea or for a grill for an improvised barbecue or to enjoy the organic fruits of his very quiet countryside. The stay was particularly appreciated to disconnect from the hectic city life, highly recommended for a vacation immersed in the silence of nature in the company of some curious kittens. Well done!

Perfect place for those who want to "disconnect" and enjoy the silence of the countryside, albeit interrupted by the passage of trains at about 100 meters (immediately it seemed even poetic and complicit, of atmospheres of other times). Very kind and always available owners, clean house, beautiful and spacious veranda and four very nice cats to keep us company!

Good availability for any information. Very good welcome, very relaxing environment among the olive trees. Very clean accommodation. You just hear the train passing nearby a little bit but you forget about it 🤩🤩. I recommend and I will come back if I have the opportunity to return to this beautiful region. The structure is easily reachable and is immersed in the rich countryside of Monopoli. Giovanni (Gianni), the manager, is naturally courteous and polite, very sensitive, and manages to understand the various needs of the guests. There is an area that is the heart of La Torretta. Gianni named it "the Kiosk." He made us appreciate the wonderful and tasty 'Regina' tomatoes, very good. We accepted his invitation to go down to the sea by walking through the splendid olive groves and then using the bikes. We really enjoyed ourselves, recharged our batteries, and in the evening, we enjoyed the natural coolness. In short, two weeks spent at La Torretta flew by, almost in a flash.
