We stayed here for two weeks. The little house is practically newly renovated, furnished simple but unique. Very spacious room and bathroom and a small internal courtyard with a very cute and comfortable table! The location is very central in the village, you can walk everywhere. Behind the house there is the covered market and two minimarkets. A stone's throw from the village's little beach and a perfect location to tour all of Salento! Highly recommended.

The high rating for the value for money was given only because we used the holiday bonus, but at full price this accommodation would not have deserved the amount requested. The person who gave us the keys did not provide any minimum welcome other than showing us the terrace. The structure seems to have been recently renovated but also seems to be not yet finished (for example: missing towel/clothes hooks in the bathroom/bedroom; toilet not correctly fixed to the floor and therefore moves when used, missing curtains in front of a large French door, not allowing any privacy). Certainly my wife and I will not return.

Grazie per aver recensito la nostra struttura anche se ci dispiace molto che non vi siate trovati a vostro agio e che non lo abbiate segnalato durante il vostro soggiorno poiché avremmo certamente trovato una soluzione alle vostre necessità. Nonostante abbiate tardato oltre un’ora rispetto all’orario che avevate indicato c’era ad accogliervi mio marito che, data l’ora e la vostra stanchezza, ha ritenuto opportuno non intrattenervi e infatti e’ ritornato dopo qualche giorno per il pagamento. In bagno vi è il termoarredo con i ganci per appendere i teli doccia, in camera da letto non abbiamo previsto ganci per appendere i vestii poiché vi e’ un ampio armadio e la cassettiera. La grande finestra del corridoio aveva una tenda (sicuramente avrete notato il bastone vicino la tv), ma è stata smontata poiché la normativa anticovid consiglia di eliminare ogni suppellettile non necessario poiché sarebbe impossibile igienizzare coperte e tendaggi ad ogni cambio ospiti, ma se aveste chiesto vi avrei detto di appenderla poiché nella cassettiera vicino la tv c’era la tenda igienizzata e imbustata dalla lavanderia industriale. Per il wc le mie collaboratrici e i precedenti e successivi ospiti non anno notato difetti, ma la ringrazio per avermelo fatto notare perché controllerò personalmente. Il costo 70€ a notte per una suite da 50 mq con 2 terrazze attrezzate vista mare, pulizie iniziali e finali, materassi e cuscini memory, Wifi, aria condizionata, Smart tv, biancheria e kit di benvenuto (previsti come servizi aggiuntivi dalla normativa regionale) sono certamente tra i più bassi della zona, inoltre non abbiamo alcuna maggiorazione ne’ spesa minima per il chi usa il bonus vacanze e che, evidentemente, come lei non viaggia spesso.
