Marco's DIMorA - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento - is a completely renovated location with very high care and dedication.

It is located in the heart of Salento in Melendugno, in the center of the country in a strategic position to reach all the services on foot such as bars, supermarkets, bakeries, pizzeria, restaurant, bank, post office, laundry, pharmacy, etc..and only 5 km away are its five splendid Marinas (Sant'Andrea, Torre dell'orso, Roca, San Foca and Torre Specchia).

The location is very private; tranquility and relaxation reign.

Marco's DIMorA - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento - offers a large private garden reserved for guests.

All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a fridge, a sink, heating, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a bidet and a smooth control shower, a hairdryer and a set of bed linen + courtesy set bathroom + set full towels.

All the rooms have an internal entrance to the structure with a view of the garden.

In the morning, a buffet breakfast and an Italian breakfast await you.

The DIMorA di Marco boasts, in front of the location, a convenient free on-street parking always available 24 hours a day.

The nearest airport, Brindisi-Salento, is 63km away. An airport shuttle service is provided (for a fee).

Every morning from 8: 00 am to 10: 00 am a welcoming Italian and buffet breakfast awaits you. Breakfast is the first step to take on energy and then face a beautiful Salento day at the top.

Buffet Breakfast always varied and different with hot croissants, hot pasticciotto, biscuits, brioche, cereals, yogurt, jams, sandwich bread, honey, puccia leccese, fresh fruit, seasonal fruit, and much more..all to combine with a good espresso, a cappuccino or a fresh fruit juice or tea.

Also available the corner of cheeses and cold cuts.

Possibility of customized breakfast (for personal preferences) or specific (for any intolerances) with advance notice / request.

Marco's DIMorA is located in Melendugno in Via Roca, n. 81, in the center of the village, 100m from Piazza Pertini. A stone's throw away, reachable on foot, from restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets (eurospin, dimeglio), pharmacy, post office, bank, clothing stores and more...just 5 km away the Melendugno Marinas can be easily reached by exiting from town from Via Roca, same street where the structure is located. Strategic location in the center of the country but out of the chaos (parking front location always available). Leaving the town, heading towards the sea, in the direction of Otranto or in the direction of Lecce, it is very easy as the structure is located on the same entrance and exit route as the town.

We stayed at La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento for a pleasant weekend in Salento. The structure is very well-kept and equipped with everything needed for the stay, there is a beautiful garden and an area with tables to relax in the open area. The room that Marco reserved for us was comfortable, clean, and very well taken care of in details and furnishings. Equipped with heating, hob, fridge, and en-suite bathroom, a sort of studio apartment. The location is really convenient because it is located a few kilometers from the sea and about 20 minutes from Lecce. We recommend tasting the 'pasticciotti' from Bar Pertini in Melendugno, they are truly spectacular! Marco was really very kind and helpful, we highly recommend staying at his property!

We stayed at La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento for 14 days and we were very comfortable. The room was spacious and equipped with all the comforts: fridge, sink, kitchen with induction hob, and latest generation TV. Then moving on to the private bathroom, modern with a spacious shower. I thank the owners, Marco and Arianna, for their availability.

Nice, especially because it is modern with wifi, TV, heating, and other comfortable amenities. Equipped with a kitchenette that allowed us to have a relaxing stay. We felt welcomed as if we were at home, the manager is very kind and helpful.

Great property and friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommended. We booked for a few days but liked it so much we extended for a week. The town is laid back and the people are cool. We have been to many places in Italy and this area is by far the best, real Italy not a tourist trap. Do not miss the pizza at Nr 76 the best pizza in all Italy, check out the Gelato at a place called The Ice Cream Shop, it is beside a park and is family run. And the place by the town square is fabulous with a fantastic owner and staff not to mention good food and cappuccinos. Had a great time and hope to return some day. See the area and some of the towns and sites on my YouTube channel (westarvid jg).

We stayed recently at La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento and I must say we had a great time. The cleanliness and attention to detail, including artistic details, both in the room and in the shared spaces, were truly impeccable. The friendliness of the young owners is superb, always available for any need, advice, or necessity. The breakfast is truly exquisite, mixing typical local products like the delicious 'pasticciotto', local honey, and homemade sweets. Fresh fruit from their garden is always available every morning. The strongest feeling we had was that at La Dimora di Marco, you breathe an atmosphere of home and tranquility. With well-furnished rooms and common areas equipped with laundry facilities and a relaxation area. I highly recommend it to those who want to stay in a strategically located place in the heart of Salento, 10 minutes by car from the sea and just over 25 minutes from Otranto and Lecce, without giving up the tranquility and silence of the village, with no parking issues.

Welcome, hospitality, kindness: Marco will make you feel at home. The recently renovated structure is tastefully furnished and detailed, respecting the architectural style of Lecce. La Dimora di Marco - Exclusive Art Rooms Salento is a new structure about 5 km from San Foca. Managed by Marco and Arianna, it has three rooms with a kitchenette and independent entrance, each room has a name, ours was "Sun and Moon". I gave 10 because I couldn't give a higher score but it's really worth staying and enjoying the facilities of the property, the good breakfast, and the proximity to the sea. My husband and I discovered this property thanks to the B&B Day. We are very happy with this stay because we had a great time. Everything perfect, excellent cleanliness of the room and the entire property. The 'Il bacio' room is beautiful, tastefully furnished, and what about the mattress.. sweet dreams. Excellent and abundant breakfast served outside under a porch. Good location to reach beaches and cities of Salento a few kilometers away. The owner Marco and his girlfriend welcomed us very well with their availability and friendliness, and that's why we will return in July, so see you soon guys.
