The B&B La Casa nel Sole consists of three delightful mini independent and self-sufficient apartments, located on the first floor of an old single-family mansion built at the entrance of the city in the first half of the 19th century.
From the street door, you go up to the first floor with two short flights of stairs, and from the landing, you can access three mini apartments called "Picasso - 2 seats", "Matisse - 3 seats", and "Suite Van Gogh - 3 seats".
The rooms are bright and cozy, with exposed wooden ceilings and quality finishes resulting from careful restoration resulting from our personal research and passion. They are elegantly furnished in every detail and allow you to stay in an atmosphere of peace, harmony, and charm.
Each room is divided into a living area with a lounge, equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave oven, electric stove, and bathroom with shower, and a sleeping area with single or double beds and a wardrobe.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, soundproofed windows, a 32 "LCD TV, a safe, ADSL WiFi internet connection, and a security door.
In each apartment, there is a "Nespresso coffee machine because your morning starts with our "best good morning."
In two of the rooms, a bright balcony allows a breezy and enjoyable view of the main street below.
There is a laundry room in the stairwell adjacent to the entrance of the solar roof (terrace) that can be used free of charge by each guest.
The B&B La Casa nel Sole is built with bio-architecture and energy-saving construction criteria, from the materials used in the restoration work to the solar thermal system for the production of domestic hot water, to the photovoltaic panels for electric energy, with the aim of total energy autonomy dependent exclusively on solar energy.
All in harmony with the maximum choices of respect for the environment and to offer its guests the best quality of habitat.

After the Covid emergency period, breakfast is no longer offered by the facility, but in each apartment a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, tea, chocolate cream and biscuits has been made available, because we care that your morning always starts with our "best good morning!" And having a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes, you can still consume whatever you prefer, managing meals in a totally autonomous way.

“La casa nel sole” is 800 mt away from the main train station and the commercial heart of the city and is 900 mt from the link to the motorway and the ring road. The “Conservatorio Musicale Niccolo’ Piccinni”, the “Auditorium Musical Nino Rota” and the “Hotel Mercure Villa Romanazzi Carducci” are all within a few meters of the B&B, as well as the “Teatro Purgatorio” and the “Teatro Barium”, which are local folk-based theatres.
By Train:
From the station take the subway and exit on Via Capruzzi. Turn right and continue walking straight on for half a kilometer (just near the Hotel Mercure). Continue for another 100 mt where you will find a green main door on the left hand side of number 10, Via Michele Cifarelli (just before the Coffee Bar)
By car:
From North (Foggia) : follow the “tangenziale” (ring road) in the direction of Brindisi. Take the exit 11 marked “Poggiofranco-Stadio San Nicola”. Exit at the second turn on the right marked “Foggia”. Go past the “Superstore Ipercoop” and at the roundabout turn left towards the “Centro” (centre) and then immediately right towards the “Stazione” (station). The structure is nice and welcoming, functional, close to public transportation and not far from the center (20 minutes on foot). We also had the opportunity to learn more about the neighborhood life. Highly recommended!

Great structure and efficient welcome. It was the second time I occupied the Picasso room and I think I will come back, considering the care and availability of the owner. Obviously to be absolutely recommended.
