Do not come to this place, do not be fooled. We were three young people for four nights, booked months in advance. Contacted by phone, she seemed very nice and polite; she even told us she would pick us up at the station, which never happened. On the day of check-in we were told it would be possible only from 3:30 PM, which I found rather late. When we arrived, she kindly helped us with the grocery bags (remember this detail: she knew we had already bought food). When we wanted to use the kitchen, we discovered that, contrary to the description that states it has all necessary utensils, there were no pots or pans: nothing to cook a plate of pasta. The plates were only dessert plates and the main plates were rather small. Cutlery was present for three people, but a few extra pieces would have been useful. Available food consisted only of coffee, sugar and some packaged snacks; oil and salt, basic items, were missing. Toilet paper: only one roll already in the bathroom. Remember that we were three and staying four nights. Since the owner lives on the floor below, we very politely asked if we could borrow a pot to make a cold pasta salad, as we had already bought all the ingredients. The reply, I repeat, very politely requested, was given in a nanosecond: “No, it is not possible,” with no explanation. At first we did not insist, but later we asked again, as we considered it our right, and she started inventing reasons like: “No guys, because I don't want you to have parties, then the responsibility is mine.” For a plate of pasta the lady was afraid we would organize a party. Simply, the lady is very stingy and did not want us to waste gas, since the oven in the kitchen was unusable and the refrigerator, which we set to level 4, was several times found set back to level 3. From this we noticed that the owner entered the apartment several times without notifying or asking permission to take out the garbage and, apparently, to lower the refrigerator temperature. We understand that taking out the garbage is a good act, but she cannot do it without asking or at least informing us. We have confirmation of her entering without our consent from her own words, because after we asked her how to handle the garbage at check-out, she told us she would take care of it and that she had already entered the apartment to pick it up. The calm way she told us this was shocking. Also because of this we felt a lack of privacy since, twice, she leaned out from her terrace adjacent to ours. Once, in particular, she called us to ask us to be quieter when we were simply talking and laughing normally (no music, no TV and no guests, just the three of us). There are other detail issues that did not convince us, such as the weak shower flow, probably due to limescale, dust in hidden spots and having to light the hob with a lighter not present in the house; non-smokers therefore could not even light the stove for coffee. There is no Wi-Fi and, more importantly, despite the description saying “quiet environment”, there is a railway right behind the house, causing several early morning awakenings. There are three large terraces with clotheslines (and clothespins), but they lack outdoor furniture: there is no table or chairs. A very serious incident for a friend occurred a few days before our arrival. It happened on WhatsApp when she had to pay the remaining amount of the stay. Months earlier she had already sent a deposit to the usual IBAN. When she asked how much was left to pay, the host replied affirmatively and added the tourist tax cost, asking whether we wanted to pay in cash on arrival or by bank transfer. After she replied, she proceeded to send the remaining part to the usual IBAN. Once done, the host sent the PDF of the payment. Only then did she remember to tell her that she had changed the IBAN and to cancel the transfer. Unfortunately it did not occur to ask if it was still the same IBAN, since changing an IBAN is not an everyday event and we could not expect it. That should have been the first thing to say before asking about the tourist tax. My friend was, fortunately, able to cancel the transfer herself, but it was a big inconvenience. The tourist tax was demanded immediately upon arrival with the excuse of needing to pay it as soon as possible. At check-out she asked us to leave the apartment by 9:30 AM. Like the check-in, that time seemed too early to me; however, the check-in and check-out times are among the few correct items in the listing. Although the apartment appears very nice at first glance, during the stay it proved to be not very functional, poorly equipped and uncomfortable. P.S. We bought the pot ourselves and left it in the apartment.

Spacious apartment, close to the center, with very good value for money. I recommend it 100%. The only thing that could be improved is having more cooking utensils. I missed a frying pan to make toast in the morning.

It was a wonderful experience. I found a new, clean house with new furnishings, bright and spacious. All the comforts for a stay. The owner was very kind and very helpful.
