Description

The property is located on the island of San Domino, the largest, greenest and most charming of the archipelago.

It is about 800 m away from the arrival pier of the hydrofoils and from Cala delle Arene, the only sandy beach, and another 800 m away from the town center. It is also very close to Cala Spido, which is magnificent for its colors.

Thanks to its position, surrounded by pine trees, it is a fresh and relaxing environment, ideal for a free and unencumbered stay.

Each room has an independent entrance, which allows ample freedom of movement, and is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning (extra on request), a small fridge, a hairdryer, a safe, and free wireless internet access.

Breakfast is served buffet-style with typical and homemade products in the courtyard of the property.

Hello, my name is Annamaria and I personally manage the B&B Isola Verde along with my family.

I fell in love with these wonderful islands and decided to move here from the Subappenino Dauno hills where I was born, dragging the rest of my family along with me. Together, we aim to offer our guests a few days of relaxation and freedom while being available for any needs.

Luana Gessaghi is kind, sunny, helpful, and always smiling. The breakfast is abundant and all homemade. The rooms are very clean. Priceless the location in absolute tranquility in a pine forest where the only sound is the singing of cicadas. Swinging on the hammocks in the evening is a beautiful lullaby. On Isola Verde, a 5-minute walk from the port and 10 minutes from the village, in the coolness of the pine forest (we didn't need the paid air conditioning or the fan provided); there are various hammocks and tables where you can have breakfast and also enjoy your meals, maybe buying some cold drinks on site; the owner is present and available both before and during the stay. Too bad about the background noise of the power generator that supplies the electricity network, distant but constant fear throughout the island; fortunately, the cicadas cover it.

Family-run B&B, welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff and always clean apartment! Great location to reach all the coves of San Domino on foot in a short time. Breakfast only sweet, but plentiful, with typical products. Excellent value for money especially considering the wonderful Tremiti Islands and that we stayed here during the week of Ferragosto. Definitely a place to come back to!

We had a very good time at the Isola Verde property. It is located near the port arrival and is a short distance from the center. Close to one of the most beautiful bays on the island. The owner is kind and helpful. I will return.

Quiet bed and breakfast immersed in the woods of San Domino, shaded and ventilated despite the 35 degrees. The owner is very kind and available for every request without ever being intrusive.

It is not the first time that I have stayed at Isola Verde and I will probably do it again. It is an extremely pleasant place. I avoided giving a 10 only for really minor details. I would like to add that I was accompanied by a dog who was welcomed with the same availability and kindness as a "human" would have been, even though the owner confessed to me that she is not particularly fond of dogs: a clear sign of professionalism and kindness. Great cleanliness. I had to insist on not having the towels changed daily unless necessary. Well done. I will come back.

Strategic location because easily reachable from the port on foot (about 400 m) and at the same time very central as it is close to the town center (where you can find the main services: pharmacy, restaurants, bars, mini market). Furthermore, it is positioned more or less equidistant from each cove. Immersed in the pine forest, it is a real pleasure to enjoy the serenity of the place on the hammocks. We thank the owner Annamaria for the welcome, the availability and the kindness. We will not fail to come back to visit her.

I went to this property with my whole family and I felt great, just like at home. Mrs. Annamaria is uniquely helpful, the property is very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-ventilated. In August, despite the heat, being immersed in the pine forest felt like paradise. I absolutely recommend the property for its peace and quiet both during the day and at night! Thank you for everything, Anna, you have stayed in our hearts, a hug. We hope to be able to return next year.

The structure is located in a pine forest a stone's throw from Cala dello Spico, one of the most enchanting places in San Domino, and this is already a very good business card. Then Annamaria, who manages the B&B, takes care of recommending other coves to bathe in or signaling the gozzo with which to tour the archipelago, guided by a local young man who explains everything about the history of the islands and caves. I very much appreciated the breakfast, with homemade jams and donuts, and the sense of cleanliness and order that can be felt in the rooms, and the tranquility of the place. Located in an ideal position, between the port and the small center, surrounded by pine trees and close to enchanting coves. The rich breakfast to be enjoyed outdoors, immersed in the greenery, is accompanied by the singing of cicadas, with homemade jams, yogurt, and exquisite cakes is the best way to start the day that one could wish for, and you will miss it when you return home. But what makes the difference is the kindness, availability, and courtesy of Annamaria who welcomes you not as the B&B manager, but as a friend and immediately puts you at ease. Moreover, as an expert of the archipelago and a sea lover, I recommend relying on her for any indication, from the coves where to swim to the island tour by boat, from where to listen to the song of the Shearwaters to where to eat, and on your departure, you will have no words to thank her. Stanza pulita e spaziosa per quattro persone. Disponibilità e gentilezza ottime. Ottima posizione se si preferisce soggiornare nelle vicinanze del porto. Ottima colazione con ciambelloni fatti in casa. Grande cosa e rara a Tremiti, è stata la possibilità di utilizzare un bagno di servizio con doccia calda prima della partenza: ci ha permesso di godere del mare fino all'ultimo e ripartire senza il disagio della salsedine addosso.

Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro e a pochi minuti da varie calette. La mia stanza era bella ampia e ben organizzata (frigorifero e vari appendi abiti e teli) con addirittura un ampio divano. Per trovare il pelo nell'uovo l'avrei preferita un po' più in alto. Pulizia impeccabile La colazione buona con ottime brioches e marmellata casalinga, forse poco varia. Annamaria (la proprietaria) e sorella molto cordiali e disponibili. Vacanza perfetta.

Ce B&B est situé dans les pins, à une petite dizaine de minutes du port de débarquement. La chambre est simple mais propre. La douche de la salle de bain était agréable. Compter 100 euros en août. Le petit déjeuner pris sur des tables à l'extérieur est très sympa. Il y a des hamacs à disposition. Annamaria, sa soeur et leur maman sont accueillantes. Possibilité de laisser les sacs le jour du départ et de se doucher avant de reprendre le bateau.

La struttura è magnifica, secondo me le foto non le rendono giustizia. Le camere sono spaziose e sempre pulite, la zona è davvero perfetta, a pochi passi dal piccolo centro ma allo stesso tempo immersa nella pineta per rilassarsi su un'amaca in mezzo alla natura e con il suono delle cicale di sottofondo. La colazione è tutta fatta in casa dalle marmellate alle torte squisite, a mio parere è ricca e varia all'italiana, chiaro che se cercate bacon e uova strapazzate dovete andare in UK! Per ultimo, ma per me è il pregio più grande di questa struttura, sottolineo la cortesia di Annalisa e della sorella. Due persone genuine, sempre disponibili per informazioni e per parlare del più e del meno, davvero fantastiche. È molto difficile al giorno d'oggi trovare persone così gentili e simpatiche. Lo consiglio davvero a tutti perché io mi sono trovata benissimo.

Il Bed and Breakfast si trova in una posizione strategica tra il porto ed il paese. Le spiagge si raggiungono dopo brevi e bellissime passeggiate tra i boschetti dell'isola. Anche se il tempo non è stato sempre soleggiato abbiamo passato una settimana veramente rilassante. Contiamo già di ritornare presso.

Struttura immersa nella pineta, curata pulita e tenuta molto bene, in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro del paese sia per raggiungere le meravigliose cale delle Isole Tremiti. Anna Maria persona veramente in gamba. La ricorderò con molto affetto, spero di ritornare un giorno in queste isole meravigliose che non hanno nulla da invidiare ai Caraibi anzi! Vacanza breve ma molto piacevole! Struttura piccolina ma accogliente e in una ottima posizione, vicina al porto di arrivo, a circa 7-8 minuti dalla piazzetta del paese e con brevi passeggiate nella pineta si raggiungono facilmente tutte le cale. Un plauso e un ringraziamento particolare per la sua cortesia e disponibilità alla signora Annamaria.

Ottima vacanza alla Tremiti grazie anche alla scelta della struttura presso cui soggiornare. B&B molto carino, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort; adatto a tutte le età ed esigenze. Posizione strategica (vicino al porto e non lontano dalla piazzetta); colazione abbondante e soprattutto gustosa e genuina (dolci e marmellate fatti in casa). Proprietaria estremamente gentile e sempre pronta a fornire assistenza e utili suggerimenti per migliorare la permanenza sull'isola. Da ripetere con piacere.

Se in un B&B si cerca innanzitutto un contatto umano improntato a disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia, questa struttura fa per voi. Ubicata in prossimità di praticamente tutto (la cala in assoluto più distante è a soli 20' di passeggiata, la più vicina a meno di 10', il paese è a 300 m.) ma allo stesso tempo "isolata" in una bellissima e freschissima pineta, vi permette di rilassarvi in un silenzio olimpico e di godere a pieno i profumi e i suoni incantevoli di questa meravigliosa isola. La proprietaria vi darà ogni informazione utile per poter apprezzare le molte bellezze dell'arcipelago, incluse quelle non segnalate su guide od opuscoli. Ama queste isole e quest'amore si proietta su tutto quel che concerne il benessere degli ospiti: in termini di pulizia e di organizzazione è da consigliare. Senza alcun dubbio. In termini di cortesia umana è "ricostituente": troverete più un'amica che un semplice "gestore". Discreta ma sempre pronta a venire in aiuto, a richiesta. Ottimo luogo per ottime vacanze.
