I am Lucerino, for generations. I have always lived in my city. Although it has a thousand flaws, I like Lucera: for its center and its neighborhoods, for its beautiful churches, for the traditional dishes and for the extraordinary Cacc'e Mmitte, for the Neapolitan roots of its language, for its spirituality, because it is older than Rome.
I love to travel. Usually, I organize my vacations myself. I prefer road trips (the means of transportation is relative), which allow me to discover the most authentic face of the places I choose to visit. And every time I come back - I know, it's cliché but it's true - I feel richer.

The building that houses Le Nicchie Guest House is located on a hill with a view of the Dauni Mountains and the Gargano in a proudly agricultural area. Here, not too long ago, there was a small vineyard owned by my family and where I used to come with my grandfather as a child to pick almonds, apricots, and figs from the fruit trees that sprouted here and there among the tidy rows.

Perfect welcome from the owner who is very nice. Nice establishment with a very beautiful and very clean room. We really appreciated the possibility of dining on site. It was very good, great value for money. I highly recommend it.

All in all a positive experience. The website should show each individual room that is chosen. Good cleanliness except for the coffee machine not being clean. Disappointing breakfast. Non-existent bathroom products except for a couple of soap dispensers that are not very functional. Missing the shower slide bar. Very few spaces to place clothes and dine in the room. The prosecco ordered in the room was a bit warm and the charcuterie and cheese dinner was of good quality.

I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, the party was perfectly successful thanks to the structure but above all to how everything was managed.
