Description
Located just 5 minutes away from Lecce, the Baroque City, and a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Salento, both on the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, strategically positioned at the entrance of the main routes in the area.
The property consists of two rooms, Bonnie and Clyde, each with two beds, air conditioning, and their own independent bathrooms. The Clyde room is equipped with a kitchen area and a washing machine (optional).
These two spaces can be combined to enjoy a fully independent one-bedroom apartment separate from the rest of the house, where the hosts reside. The furniture and surroundings are new and specifically designed for guests' comfort.
Additionally, we have a spacious apartment for multiple people, accommodating up to 6 guests, newly renovated in 2022. It is located in the center of Lequile, on the first floor, overlooking the main street of the town.

I stayed for a week with a friend in the Il Salentino structure of Francesco located in L'Aquila. As for the location, I found it excellent, 10 minutes from Lecce where there is a lively nightlife, 25/30 minutes from Gallipoli as well as Otranto, the Grotta della Poesia. It's a great solution if you can't find anything in Gallipoli or nearby. The room is small but it's fine for two people, the only downside is that it has no windows, in fact it has two but they are very small so even if you eat a pizza, the smell remains due to poor ventilation. You can park your car outside as the area is very quiet. Francesco has been very helpful and kind from the beginning and throughout the stay.

Located in a particularly strategic position to quickly reach the most beautiful places in Salento, the bed and breakfast "Il Salentino" allows for a truly pleasant stay thanks to the structure and the highly efficient managers. "Il Salentino" offers modern, well-arranged, clean, and meticulously cared for rooms. The managers, in addition, are exquisitely courteous and welcoming people who make the stay in the wonderful Salento even more enjoyable by providing every morning a super abundant five-star breakfast rich in exquisite local specialties. Finally, I conclude by emphasizing the more than satisfactory quality/price ratio since Francesco and Serenella have thought of truly affordable prices for everyone to enjoy a delightful stay in one of the most admired beauties of Italy.

Non sappiamo se offriamo realmente un “servizio a 5 stelle” ma non è su questo che puntiamo come nostro primo obiettivo. I nostri sforzi sono maggiormente concentrati sull'accoglienza e nel far sentire ciascun ospite a casa propria, convinti come siamo che questo deve essere lo spirito principale che deve muovere chi cerca alloggio in un Bed and Breakfast. Se, in più, come in questo caso, gli ospiti sono anche rimasti contenti del servizio e del rapporto qualità/prezzo, lo devono a quella buona predisposizione presente in loro fin dall'arrivo e al feeling instaurato proprio per mezzo di un rapporto di accoglienza familiare che siamo riusciti ad offrire e che, evidentemente, é stato gradito.
