The BeB, " Il Peschiciano", was born in one of the oldest and most beautiful houses of the old village of Peschici., in a maze of alleys, streets, courtyards and squares.
Here lime stone houses are dazzling in the purest light, clung to each other.
Recently renovated, the building is located close to a fortress, ninety meters on the sea cliff, and dominates one of the main streets of the old village. It watches every morning the miracle of a new day, and welcomes its guests between its thick and fresh walls in a simple environment, familiar and comfortable.
The house, situated in the heart of the "movida" Peschici, allows you to spend unforgettable evenings in the profuse, cheerful and vital historic center of Peschici.

SPECIAL OFFERS:
For stays longer then 10 nights, (except during periods of high season), the following will be offered by guest choice;

3) free tin of extra virgin olive oil of its own production.
The Check-out will take place not later than 10: 00 am, the Check-in will be after 12: 00 pm and within 15: 00 pm.
Breakfast will be served from 8: 00 to 10. 00 in the morning.
With respect for the rights of each individual and for a common civil life, in the structure and especially in the rooms, it is strictly prohibited the use of alcohol and candles. It is also forbidden to smoke, introduce animals even of small size, as well as carry in meals if not in the permitted places and times. Failure to comply with these rules, will be reason for unwelcome guest.

We serve local typical products. Cakes from family recipes, pastries and croissants from the local bakery prepared every morning, with fresh seasonal fruit. Jams and Nutella.

Upon request upon arrival, we also prepare international breakfast and breakfast for individuals with food intolerances.

First and foremost, the welcome from Mrs. Lucrezia is fantastic. She is always available, friendly, and very kind. Right from the start, she gave us excellent advice on where to dine and gave us tips on what to visit nearby. Of course, we followed her suggestions and had a great time. The room is cozy and comfortable, in perfect hygienic conditions. The towels are always clean, and the sea view is spectacular. In the morning, we enjoyed a rich and genuine breakfast with local products. I loved Mrs. Lucrezia's homemade jams. There was an abundance of sweet and savory items, as well as fruit. The property is very beautiful and well-maintained. It is located in the city center, but away from the nightlife. I could go on to describe the experience, but only by experiencing the stay at the bed & breakfast "Il Peschiciano" can one understand the level of well-being it gave us during the 9 nights in Peschici. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a great time overall. The classic style of the place encapsulated the romantic style that I dreamed of to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my husband. The friendly and very skilled cook who welcomed us at the B&B was down to earth, full of life and love for what she does. We will definitely return to the property to visit other places in Peschici and Vieste that we haven't seen yet due to the little time we had available because of work. I warmly thank Mrs. Lucrezia. Struttura in posizione centralissima proprio a due passi dalla piazzetta centrale del paese, camere pulitissime e abbastanza spaziose. Delle 3 notti che abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B, ci è capitato di dormire una notte nella camera singola con secondo letto estraibile perché le matrimoniali erano già prenotate e devo dire che è risultata abbastanza comoda. La colazione è buonissima con torte e cheese cake fatte in casa dalla signora. Quando torneremo a Peschici soggiorneremo sicuramente al B&B il peschiciano, non si può chiedere di meglio!

Salve,
vorrei consigliare questa struttura a tutti coloro che vorrebbero trascorrere una vacanza senza mai utilizzare la macchina. Nonostante ho un bambino di 4 anni e stato facile raggiungere sia le spiagge che il centro storico nel quale e ubicato lo stesso beb. Gentilezza estrema da parte del gestore e pulizia fuori dalla norma.
Senza dubbi e una struttura eccellente di nuovissima costruzione.
Andateci senza avere nessun tipo di dubbio.

Il B&B, infatti, è ubicato nel cuore del centro storico di Peschici e, ciò nonostante, offre un ambiente sereno ed accogliente.

Ci siamo fermati in questo BeB una sola notte ma il nostro giudizio è comunque positivo. La struttura è in pieno centro storico in zona ZTL, con tutti i vantaggi di essere nel cuore di Peschici e della sua vita ma comunque in una via non troppo rumorosa dove si può riposare bene. Come per la maggior parte delle strutture in centro storico non dispone di un suo parcheggio, comunque noi abbiamo trovato un posto auto custodito a 500 metri e poi usato la navetta che sale e scende per la spiaggia. Molto cortese ed attenta l'accoglienza che già dalle comunicazioni in fase di prenotazione ci ha spiegato come e quando arrivare e sistemare l'auto. Gli ambienti si sviluppano su unico piano accessibile da una breve ampia scala dove sono tutte le camere. La zona comune è arredata con gusto per offrire un piacevole senso di familiarità. La nostra stanza " La Mare " dall'alto soffitto a volta offre uno scorcio di vista mare suggestivo, assolutamente pulita ed ordinata, arredi nuovi, bagno vivibile completamente nuovo. Nell'insieme una sistemazione confortevole dove abbiamo riposato bene. La colazione è sufficientemente ricca per concludere il soggiorno in modo eccellente, ma di sicuro la cosa che si nota maggiormente anche in poco tempo è l'attenzione dei gestori per soddisfare il cliente e mantenere alta la qualità. Se quando viaggiate amate stare in centro storico e cercate una sistemazione confortevole, ben curata, in ambiente familiare, vi consiglio vivamente di provare questo BeB.
