The town, famous for the ancient ritual of tarantulas, which is annually celebrated during the festivities of the patron saints Peter and Paul (days 28-29 and 30 June), is located in the center of Salento.

From there, you can easily reach the famous seaside towns of Otranto, Gallipoli, Castro, and Santa Maria di Leuca with an average distance of 20/30 km that can be covered in 15/30 minutes by car thanks to nearby roads such as the Lecce-Gallipoli and Lecce-Leuca highways.

At 18 km, you can visit the capital of Salento (Lecce), known for the Baroque art of its historic center, rich in architectural beauties such as the Roman Amphitheater, the Church of Santa Croce, and many others that give it the nickname of the Florence of the South.

Furthermore, 5 km away, you can reach Soleto, a town from which you can start an itinerary that will allow you to discover the 7 municipalities that make up the community of Grecia Salentina.

In addition to the sea and the countryside, another opportunity to spend your free time is given by the festivals, a moment of leisure and collective fun, which are annually proposed by the individual municipalities, especially between the months of June and September.

The festivals are also the ideal time to taste the simplicity of Salento cuisine, which does not have elaborate recipes and has not been altered because it still continues with the products that its own land produces (sagne, olive oil, strong ricotta cheese, cacioricotta, pecorino from Lecce, frise, bread with olives, sun-dried tomatoes, typical Galatian pasticciotto, dried figs with almonds, quince paste, and mostaccioli).

All foods that can be enjoyed accompanied by fine rosé and red wines that are produced in our town with the possibility of buying them directly from the nearby "Santi Dimitri" winery located in the adjacent woods and olive groves that surround our residence.

HOW TO REACH US
Our residence is easily reachable from the A14 Adriatica motorway exit Bari Nord direction Brindisi-Lecce.

Once you have reached the outskirts of Lecce, you will take the west ring road towards Gallipoli-Galatina.

On the west ring road, you will exit towards Gallipoli-Nardò-Galatone to enter the Lecce-Gallipoli highway (SS 101).

From the highway, you will take the Galatina-Copertino exit and after 5 km, you will arrive at our place.

The bruno rosso is located in Galatina on the provincial road to Copertino about 800 meters from the entrance to the city in a green area of absolute environmental respect, ideal for a holiday of peace and tranquility.

Here you will be welcomed by the attention, kindness, and full availability of the owners who will be ready to provide you with all the tourist information you need.

SERVICE
Our Bed and Breakfast consists of two apartments that house 2 large double bedrooms (one of the two is also available as a triple with three separate beds) with the possibility of an extra bed and 1 small double room to be used as a double on request.

All rooms are equipped with TV, are completely independent and air-conditioned with a bathroom for exclusive or shared use according to the preferences of the guests.

On request, there is the possibility of using a small kitchenette complete with fridge, kitchen, and washing machine.

Breakfast is usually served at the bar or on request, it can be served on-site with an additional charge.

During relaxation time, guests can use the space behind the apartments from which you can take walks or bike rides in the surrounding countryside, as well as the garden in front of the apartments with ample space for car parking inside the structure.

Free use of n. 2 bikes for on-site travel.

Short agreements are available to accompany you in visiting the artistic and natural beauties of the Salento province.

We do not provide meals, but we have numerous agreements with local agritourisms, restaurants, trattorias, and pizzerias that offer fixed menus with prices ranging from 15, 00 euros to 25, 00 euros per person.

Rooms must be vacated every morning by 10.30 am for daily cleaning.

Minimum and maximum prices per person per night:

Included in the price in addition to breakfast: bed linen and towels for the guest change, or at least every 4 days, daily cleaning of the rooms.

Prices vary depending on the season, the number of applicants, the duration of the stay, the shared or exclusive use of the bathroom, and the use of the air conditioning in the room.

Possibility of renting an apartment for weekly periods for a total of 6 beds with weekly prices starting from a minimum of 210 euros to a maximum of 630 euros depending on the length of stay and the number of guests.

The weekly price does not include electricity consumption, which is calculated at 0.35 euros per kilowatt-hour based on the initial and final reading of the Enel meter, and also includes water and gas consumption.

The cost of electricity consumption varies according to the use of air conditioning in the rooms.

The apartment must be left clean and tidy on departure.

The linen (sheets, towels, and tablecloths) in this solution must be brought by the guests, except for the possibility of providing it for a lump sum recovery of 10.00 euros per person for each change.

In this solution, we do not provide breakfast, but we offer for free the products present in the various seasons in our garden.
