Great location, just outside the historic center of Otranto. The hosts were helpful. Seaside hotel-style property from the 1970s. There is effectively no parking for cars. A cockroach appeared in the corridor one evening, but apparently that is normal in central Otranto, at least that's what I was told.

Buongiorno Sig. Sandro, La ringrazio per aver trovato il tempo di scrivere la recensione! Devo precisare alcune cose: Inizio col dire che l'albergo è stato costruito negli anni 90, pertanto al limite ricalca lo stile di quegli anni, e comunque quando ha prenotato ha visto com'era, Le foto riproducono fedelmente la realtà dei fatti! In merito al parcheggio, c'è un garage coperto a pagamento con 4 posti auto disponibili, che andrebbe prenotato in anticipo (quando lo ha chiesto Lei, un paio di giorni prima dell'arrivo, purtroppo era già al completo), inoltre c'è un'area parcheggio (gratuita a giugno) a 150 metri dall'hotel (Parcheggio Minerva) ed una a pagamento sempre a 150 metri di distanza (Via Renis Park), oltre ad alcuni posti gratuiti in strada. Per ultimo, a riguardo dell'insetto, come detto talvolta questi arrivano volando, si appoggiano ai muri esterni ed entrano negli ambienti dalle finestre lasciate aperte...a volte arrivano anche trasportate dalle stesse persone! Per il resto mi ha fatto molto piacere conoscere la lei e Sua bella famiglia...Alla prossima Marco

We stayed for a week at the beginning of August. The property is just a few steps from the village. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Marco, the owner, had homemade pastries for us every day in addition to the traditional breakfast. The staff were very polite. Marco is truly a lovely person.

This property is in a residential area but it's just a 10 min walk to old town Otranto. By European standards this room was very large even had a balcony which you could get to via bedroom or sitting area. Also had a mini fridge. The owner was so kind and friendly gave information on where to eat in town. I would highly recommend staying here!!!! Also cost is very reasonable!!!

The hotel is a very nice small hotel that we would book again at any time. The rooms are simple but very very clean and everything is taken care of. The owner is friendly, helpful and absolutely dedicated. He is happy to provide suggestions on where to eat well and further tips.

Great courtesy and hospitality. Excellent location just outside the Aragonese castle, reachable in two minutes on foot. For us cyclists, it was essential to have a garage where we could park not only the car but also the bicycles safely. The manager is very calm, truly kind and friendly, willing to help you in every way.

We stayed for 5 days in this Hotel Minerva and we had a great time. Just a few steps from the city center but in a quiet area. We felt pampered by the very kind staff. Mr. Marco is the new manager but he is a very pleasant person who also recommended us places to eat and beaches to visit. The breakfast was satisfying. I definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable place close to the center (5-minute walk). The host was super kind and friendly. Also very helpful. The room was above expectations, very clean and big. The air conditioning was working perfectly and silently. Also, breakfast was great, you could request more things like eggs. We will definitely come back if we are ever returning to Otranto!
