From 7. 30 in the morning for three hours, we open the buffet to our guests. We offer a sweet breakfast, with local delicacies such as the famous pasticciotti from Lecce, fruit tarts, rusks, fruit, croissants..and much more, and a savory corner with fresh cold cuts and cheeses. Furthermore, if necessary, we prepare the corner for celiacs or breakfasts with specific requests.

Small and pleasant hotel about 200 m from the beaches, both public and equipped. It has a small parking lot, very useful given the central location, a short walk from restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Staff kind and very helpful. Breakfast included, good: not at the level of a grand hotel, but everything was good.

Small but beautiful and very comfortable reality. About 300 meters away, there is a cove to use when it's windy. Otherwise, 500 meters away there are other beaches, both free and with beach clubs. Spectacular sea. The room of the facility was clean and equipped with the essentials. The staff was reserved (not intrusive) but very kind. Certainly, there will be another opportunity.

We stayed three times in this facility and we always found ourselves very well. Cozy, comfortable, and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good and varied breakfast with sweet and savory proposals. Availability and kindness of all the staff and in particular the manager, Damiano, who came to meet our needs having a small child. Excellent quality/price ratio that certainly represents the strong point compared to the average in San Foca. Optimal location to reach the sea and the center with a short walk of a few minutes. Parking available although a bit small. Overall, we had a good time and we will definitely return. I recommend this facility in San Foca.

We stayed for 4 nights and we had a great time, everyone was very kind, the room is functional and always very clean, the breakfast is plentiful and very good and the location is 300 meters from the Fontanelle beach, so it can be reached on foot. My son and I give the highest rating in everything: availability, cleanliness, seriousness. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, the room always top-notch. The hotel is very close to the center of San Foca and served by everything. There is a bus that takes you to all the beaches every 30 minutes, and lines connected to the hotel that go to Otranto and Lecce. For those arriving by train like us, you can also find rental cars with low costs at the adjacent infopoints. \n\nThe restaurants and bars in San Foca offer moderate prices and absolute quality. We were really happy and I recommend it wholeheartedly. I want to point out that they have wonderful beaches, fully equipped for people with disabilities. A short distance from the hotel there is a specially organized and fully equipped beach. \n\nSan Foca is suitable for everyone: families with young children, teenagers, elderly. It's always full of people from morning till night. I fell in love with the place so much that we're going back next year.

The structure is in a convenient location to reach various tourist and seaside destinations. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is decent, excellent croissants, but the coffee machine was often broken. The ground floor room where we stayed unfortunately left much to be desired because the walls were dirty and there were limescale encrustations on the bathroom floor.

Buonasera sig. Angela la ringrazio per la sua recensione ma vorrei precisare solo due punti. Vero che in piena stagione a volte chi ha occupato prima di lei la camera possa aver sporcato i muri ma certamente è il normale utilizzo della stessa e per la manutenzione straordinaria dobbiamo attendere la chiusura dell' hotel. Vede quelle che lei definisce incrostazioni purtroppo è l'utilizzo di acido per le disincrostazioni che ci ha fatto sbiancare un angolo di piastrella. Infine la macchina del caffè e cappuccino può bloccarsi per vari motivi ma comunque provvediamo a fare noi il cappuccino o caffè con la macchina interna. Quella macchina ci dà una mano a soddisfare chi vuole un cappuccino o un caffe in più e comunque integra il nostro servizio al tavolo. Grazie mille Damiano

We had a great time at this property for the staff's availability, especially Mr. Damiano, the owner. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is always impeccable. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of choices and fresh products. Also, it is not far from the beach and shops.

Clean facility, a bit old inside but acceptable. The only flaw is that due to the fire in Pescara, all 3 of us lost 2 days of vacation and had to pay the full price, even for the uneaten breakfasts and especially the tourist tax when we were not there. I would have greatly appreciated a small courtesy discount since the cause was not theirs... Nor ours.

In the center, but not in the casino, 4 minutes from the sea, staff always attentive, affable and helpful. A place to relax, go to the sea, but also have fun and be in the heart of life in San Foca and Salento. I will be back soon.
