LA PUNTA is the first LOW COST ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE Hotel in Salento.

Hotel La Punta is a new structure made with an environmental sustainability criteria: energy saving, photovoltaic and thermal energy, water saving, waste reduction and collecting system.

The rooms are comfortable, all equipped with autonomous heating and air-conditioning, digital terrestrial LCD TV, safe, hair-dryer.

Hotel La Punta is located on the "Riviera degli Haethey" - Zona Punta (Vico Antonio Sforza, 18) - in a panoramic position only 50 meters from the sea, and the beaches called "Nike" and "Atlantis", in a quiet residential area, only 5 minutes walk from the centre and the station, and 5km from the Alimini Lakes. Supermarkets and a laundry are at walking distance.

Hotel La Punta is located in a cul-de-sac and far away from traffic, car parking is not a problem, as there is an ample free parking area, there is also an inside toll parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles at the price of 11. 00, 5. 00 and 3. 00 Euro a day.

There is also an equipped bar that will allow you to try the typical Salento cuisine or just to let you enjoy your coffee, digestive drink or aperitif on the beach.

For guests there is an internal garden available, where you can have breakfast in the morning or just relax, an outdoor area with tables and chairs, ample and bright breakfast and TV rooms and internet stations.

The nearby beaches are both free and private and therefore equipped for every need and from 10 Euros you can have an umbrella and 2 deck chairs.

Open all year round, Otranto is ideal for who wants to enjoy a seaside and a cultural tourist holiday resort, perfect for summer and winter holidays, where you can stay for only one night or for a longer time.

All the rooms have an autonomous heating and conditioning system, bathrooms inside the room, television, safe-deposit box, internet and some have a balcony with or without a sea view.

We also organize guided tours to discover the city of Otranto, Maglie, Galatina, Gallipoli, the Baroque in Lecce, the Greek villages of Salento and the Trulli of Alberobello, horseback riding, cycling, canoeing, Tambourine lessons and Typical Salento Cuisine and much more..

Furthermore there is an organized diving centre in Otranto to fully enjoy the wonders of one of the most beautiful seas in the world.

The breakfast room is open from 8am to 10am, after which all drinks are charged to guests. Cost supplement (10 Euros a day).
