The central location allows guests to fully experience the town's atmosphere, with the promenade, harbor, main square, and vibrant historic center all easily reachable on foot. Grazie per il feedback Moreno, È stato un piacere avervi come ospiti. Cerchiamo di migliorare la pulizia come da sua osservazione. L'aria condizionata, come indicato nell'annuncio, non è presente e questo consente in un appartamento di circa 140mq, di mantenere le tariffe vantaggiose di cui ha potuto usufruire, ovvero circa 1300€ per 2 settimane a ferragosto in 4 persone. Non è escluso che in futuro inseriremo questo servizio, investendo in un impianto adeguato seppur energivoro e con costi di gestione che inesorabilmente inciderebbero sulle tariffe. Da oltre quarant'anni ad oggi, con l'uso dei ventilatori a soffitto presenti, della naturale areazione dell'alloggio, e delle tradizionali pratiche di isolamento termico diurno, è stato possibile sopperire a questo. Ma faremo tesoro della sua indicazione. Grazie ancora, vi aspettiamo alla prossima vacanza da noi, con sempre nuovi aggiornamenti Fam. De Palo.

An absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment is very spacious, equipped with everything you need, and also very close to the sea. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly; they even welcomed us with a warm snack. They gave us excellent tips about routes, saving us precious time. They are amazing people, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My stay at Holiday Home Zia Mary was fantastic. I truly felt at home in the beautiful town of Giovinazzo. The hosts, Domenico, Pietro and Francesca, were excellent and very welcoming.
