I stayed at this hotel for five nights and the stay was not the best. On the first night I was unpleasantly surprised to find a cockroach in my room. The shower in the room was uncomfortable and full of limescale. The hairdryer was fixed and worked for only five minutes at most; afterwards it overheated and stopped working. To dry my hair I had to buy one myself. I reported the problem and the response was that I should manage, as that was the equipment they had. During cleaning, in addition to the hotel's towels, one of my personal towels was taken by mistake; I reported this as well and I never saw the towel again. I would say they could have treated me with more care and less arrogance, as I paid almost €500 and I always communicated calmly and politely. I would never return.

Everything was great, except for the noise from the doors and windows. The room was nice and clean, and it was cleaned every day. The shower was a bit unusual because the water only came from above.
