Description
The B&B offers rooms equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, color TV, private bathroom and fridge, wifi, a 732x366x130 pool, and on-site parking. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area close to all major shops (bar, pizzeria, tobacco shop, newsstand) but most importantly, it is only a few hundred meters away from the sea. You can easily reach one of the most beautiful stretches of the Salento coast on foot, where the crystal-clear water and the unique white sandy beach will make you forget about everything else!

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 255 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I stayed at the B&B Franziska Mare during the week of August. The stay was perfect. The location is very convenient for me as, having visited San Pietro for several years, it is perfect for my points of interest. The owners are super kind and helpful, and the room is modern and clean.

La struttura è curata, personalmente abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con 5 posti letto quindi con spazio ridotto ma con tutti i comfort essenziali, frigo-bar, bagno con ottima doccia. La posizione è molto tranquilla nonostante il mare sia raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi. Il paese in sè è un pò desolato, non propriamente turistico ma strategico per visitare le spiagge più belle nella zona Porto Cesareo-Gallipoli. Alle spalle poi le meravigliose Manduria, Maruggio, zone del Primitivo. I proprietari una famiglia molto disponibile e cortese. Una piacevole esperienza.

Siamo stati molto bene. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi nel metterci a nostro agio e nel dare tutte le informazioni per mangiare bene nei dintorni. Le stanze sono ampie pulite e confortevoli. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi. Insomma c'è tutto per una bella vacanza. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Consigliato per chi vuole riposarsi e cerca un ambiente sicuro e pulito. Gestori disponibilissimi. Facile da raggiungere. Anche il bagno in comune alle tre stanze è comodo e dotato di tutti gli accorgimenti per lasciarlo sempre pulito.
