The property comprises two newly renovated, independent apartments, each sleeping 6 and 4. The ground floor apartments feature an outdoor space and a relaxation area with armchairs, a coffee table, and garage parking. The air-conditioned apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi and each comprises a spacious living room, a large bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine), two flat-screen smart TVs, and a private bathroom with bidet, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer. Conveniently located in the center of Palese, a quiet residential area, it is just steps from the Bari-Palese train station and very close to both the airport (2 km) and the sea (1. 2 km). The property is surrounded by all amenities (supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacy, bakeries, etc.). The spacious, bright spaces are equipped with every comfort for a relaxing stay. The ideal base for exploring Puglia and relaxing upon return. A perfect choice for families, singles, and business travelers.

One-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom. I felt very comfortable. The owners were extremely helpful from the first moment and kind throughout the stay, accommodating various requests. The apartment was clean and equipped with an induction cooker, air conditioning, new beds, and an elegant, modern bathroom. Recommended, especially for stays close to the airport during the summer months.

We stayed two nights from August 17 with our family and it was an impeccable experience. The property is in a very convenient location for both reaching the sea and visiting the center of Bari. Everything was extremely satisfactory: attention to detail, cleanliness and hospitality. Highly recommended!
