Description

Elementa is a project of hospitality very young, the idea is born from the union between the marked sensibility to the Nature of Maria Carmela and the receptive skills of Stefano.

The building that houses this property dates back to the 1940s, Was dormitory of the nearby church of Sant'Andrea, just outside the walls of the historic center of Conversano. Expanded later in the '60s with new plans, in 2015 it has been completely restored respecting the best eco-sustainability rates.

The decor overlooks the eye of the "poor art" style and clean of those years, embellished with designs drawn from the genius of Vito Savino that characterize every room dedicated to every element of Nature.

The top! Stefano and Doriana, two lovely guys, with a warmth and friendliness that warms the heart. We stayed in the Terra room, spacious and clean, nothing is missing. The guys prepare abundant breakfasts with their own products. Excellent value for money. The location is quite central to walk right into the historic center. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this property for a week, the location is a few steps from the historic center, the room assigned to us is spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast served in the room, all homemade pastries and jams and above all kindness and availability from the property owners, highly recommended.

We have been at the property for days. Top location near the bike path, villa, Church, restaurants, etc. Comfortable and quiet area. Very clean B&B, the owners are very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. Lovely, well-kept rooms in every detail. Not to mention breakfast: rich in sweets prepared by them, like home. Excellent. Wide selection of delicious jams. I did not find a flaw! Absolutely recommended.

Our vacation in Puglia started off spectacularly thanks to the welcoming of Stefano and Doriana, who turned out to be exquisite and kind people, always available! The property is located near the historic center of Conversano, an excellent location for those who want to move around. Impeccable, cozy, and super clean rooms! The breakfasts were very enjoyable, always something new and tasty. A highlight are the homemade jams, catering to all tastes. Beyond the b&b's location, cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the wonderful breakfast, Stefano and Doriana deserve 10 and praise, combining care, friendliness, and courtesy like few others can. It's not a showcase Puglia they embody, but the real Puglia, the one made of warmth, cheerfulness, and "uascezze"! A unique experience, therefore, that we hope to repeat!

For our week of Apulian holidays, we couldn't have chosen better! The B&B is located in Conversano, a very lively town in the province of Bari, a few kilometers from the major tourist centers of Apulia, such as Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello, Fasano... so it's an excellent central starting point for visits in this area. It is just a few steps from the historic center of the town, which is very popular in the evening, and it's pleasant to walk among the alleys with a medieval flavor, through the park paths or the modern little bars. The welcome from Stefano and Doriana makes you feel at home, they are very kind and friendly. The rooms have a very refined wooden furniture, with cute designs, and everything is well taken care of and matched to the element that characterizes the room (in my case, air). Many soft pillows available, comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a small library for reading enthusiasts. But the real gem is breakfast time! Freshly baked cakes, cheesecake, freshly squeezed juices, homemade jams, exquisite chocolate soufflés, tarts, fresh fruit, all served in the intimacy of the little kitchen where you can have a quiet chat with the owners and it feels like talking to longtime friends. Well done, you're the best! Highly recommended.

Kindness and friendliness of the hosts, combined with the cleanliness of the rooms made the 5 days go by smoothly.\n\nI liked everything. Also, great location, already towards the sea. Elementa is a very original, tasteful, and well-equipped B&B. Good location to the old town, free parking in the surrounding streets - also in front of the house. The breakfast cafe is very close by. The owners are very friendly and helpful with great tips on where to eat. Also, thanks for the exquisite fruit as a welcome!
