Description

A nineteenth-century building, typical example of the constructions of southern Italy. An hallway illuminated by sunlight. The front of the buiding is in via Elena Comneno, one of the oldest streets in the city. Inside, there are three rooms, an example of the characteristic Apulian home: stone, tuff, and so much beauty.

Hello! I'm Francesco, and I've been managing my Bed and Breakfast since 2019. I started taking my first steps in the tourism sector in 2000. Being able to have direct contact with people of different countries is a pleasure, a new discovery every day, and one of the aspects of this most rewarding work. The owner, Francesco, is very polite, helpful, and friendly. The property is welcoming, very clean, and exceptional in its location for those arriving by train. It is located in the city center and a short walk from the seafront, making it ideal for those traveling on foot.

Room number 1 on the street level but quite silent. Central location, room with double accesses. Clean, fresh room, equipped with air conditioning, clean bathroom with shower and soap. TV. corner (shared with another room) equipped with microwave, cutlery, glasses, refrigerator, coffee with moka pot, cups and mugs, tea, some plates, dish soap, paper towels. Close to everything. Train station at 6 minutes walk. Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacco shop etc. Very close to the sea. Very kind and helpful owner.

We stayed for only one night. Our room number 1 was cozy, spacious, and very clean. We never met the host, the check-in was done remotely, and the payment was also made by card. All the information we needed was sent to us via WhatsApp. We had breakfast, croissant and cappuccino, at a bar near the room, excellent quality.

"Donato Rooms" is an essential and welcoming structure, and we found everything we needed. A comfortable bed to sleep in, shower, cleanliness, and helpful staff, strategic and very central location, and a truly rich breakfast. The B&B is in a great location, in 5 minutes you can get anywhere. The manager is very friendly and always available. Breakfast is served in a very good bar. Our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely return.

Excellent stay! The property is located in a very central position, close to the main shopping streets, close to the city's attractions and is also close to the station and the sea. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. Even though the manager is not always present, everything is organized in detail. Excellent value for money. We had a great time. You don't need to take the car because it's central. Connected to the historic area of Trani. I will definitely come back.

For the third time B&B disappoints us. It's truly a B without B, the owner informing us as soon as we arrive that we will have breakfast at the café located a few meters from the property. We could have water in a fridge and a coffee maker in a common area, accessible to all the travelers present. The rented room is set up in an old manor entrance. We are starting to question the quality of accommodations offered by B&B.

B&B ideally located in the center of Trani, a 5-minute walk from the port and the historic center, the train station and a 10-minute walk from the beaches. Large stone room, very well furnished and decorated, with all the comforts (fridge, Italian-style bathroom, shared kitchen...). The owner Francesco is helpful and very welcoming; he can take you to/from Bari airport and recommend visits and places to go in Trani. Breakfast in a café near the b&b, very friendly service. Note: my room was on the ground floor, with a French door overlooking the street and high windows, while a room upstairs allows you to have a large window or a balcony, but it's a detail considering all the positive aspects of this b&b. Thank you Francesco!

I stayed at this B&B from 11th to 14th July 2022. Francesco was really kind and courteous, my room was large, the bed comfortable, but as I travel a lot, the most important things for me are the air conditioning and the Wi-Fi network, and both worked perfectly.

Everything perfect, the only downside is that breakfast is not served on the premises, but at a nearby bar. \nClassic Italian breakfast with cappuccino and croissant.
