Hi, thank you for choosing us. We inform you that IN THE PERIOD 01 JUNE – 30 SEPTEMBER at the time of check in, there is the cash payment (not included in the booking price) of the tourist tax for the MUNICIPALITY OF CAROVIGNO, of
€1 per person per night for max 7 days. Children up to 12 years old are free.

Please communicate your check in time in advance as there is NO 24 hour reception in the facility.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK-IN TIME IS FROM 5PM TO 7PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BEFORE 10AM. Any time flexibility must be requested and agreed/accepted well in advance.

For arrivals between 7pm and midnight there is a supplement of 50 EURO to be paid in cash upon arrival.

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

The use of the washing machine must be agreed upon at the time of booking for logistical reasons. (the cost of any use of the washing machine is 5 euros per day - detergent not included - to be paid in cash).

As you will have already seen from the photos on the platform, the bathroom is small.

Historic homes unfortunately have structural and landscape constraints, which must be adhered to, therefore the bathroom cannot be larger. I specify that its dimensions are its strong point as it is easily usable and easy to sanitize after a shower (just like the bathrooms present in other famous historic centres). A tent is not provided for hygiene reasons. On the other hand, you will have a lovely outdoor garden at your disposal (an uncommon feature in historic centres, excellent for relaxing and hanging out any laundry).

Upon your arrival I will be happy to give you useful information to help you spend a relaxing stay in our lovely Carovigno. You will stay in a recently renovated historic 13th century residence, an ancient oven under the Carovigno Castle (a few steps from the structure), equipped with air conditioning.

Upon return, the home must be returned clean and tidy as found. Final cleaning is included in the price, on request extra daily cleaning can be carried out by agreement with the host at the extra price of 40 euros or the material for daily tidying up will be provided by the structure together with the linen at the time of check in. The linen change (which you will find clean at the beginning of your stay) takes place once a week for sheets and towels (or in any case at every customer change). For each extra linen change the cost is 15 euros per kit.

No animals are allowed inside the house. It is also not permitted, unless prior notice, to allow other people into the home. Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the house and for the improper use of additional equipment.

At the end of the stay, the house keys must be returned. If the key is lost, an amount of 50 euros will be charged. Domus Cesare declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or disappearance of valuable objects.

Take care to turn off the lights in the house, the air conditioner, the TV, and other systems when you are out to avoid possible short circuits.

Please do not clog the toilet with diapers, paper or other bulky material and use the appropriate bins.

Please remember that, on the day of departure, the Domus Cesare must be vacated by 10. 00 am to allow for cleaning, sanitization and handover to new arrivals. Subject to availability, late check-out can be agreed in advance.

It is forbidden to use alternative heating means other than those present in the structure, penalties may be applied for out-of-the-ordinary consumption.
