It has a garden, air-conditioned rooms, terraces, and is very peaceful. It offers all the comforts and modern furnishings in a prestigious holiday location, with the availability of a free private parking space.

The price includes cleaning, towels, and all utilities. Additionally, there is an agreement for beach umbrellas and sunbeds at the "Sun Bay" beach resort, located 300 meters from the villa.

Moreover, there is the possibility to rent a boat for the entire week or even just for a day, with an additional cost to the rental price.
