- On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
- On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.
- On the second floor, there is a smaller bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The levels are separated by doors that can be closed to ensure privacy among guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed with a practical fold-out mattress, easy to use. The bedroom, overlooking Otranto's wonderful garden, offers guests a breathtaking view, while the furnished terrace allows for moments of relaxation.
