The late nineteenth-century building, elegantly renovated, today consists of 3 residences, Melograno, Carrubo and Ulivo, each equipped with a living room, double bedroom and private bathroom, elegantly renovated and made into charming residences. The names recall the typical Mediterranean fruits of Puglia. The Ulivo residence is instead located on the upper floor and benefits from an exclusive terrace with solarium, outdoor shower and view of the city. It is also equipped with a kitchenette to complete your days at the beach with dinners on the terrace.
Each residence is equipped with a private bathroom, a minibar, air conditioning, a color TV and free Wifi.
Located 150 meters from the train station and 400 meters from the famous Lama Monachile and historic center. Free parking is 150 meters away near the train station.
