Description

The B&B was created through a careful and recent renovation (in November 2016) of a first-floor apartment (without an elevator) in a building located 150 meters from the beginning of the historic center, on a quiet and peaceful street.

There are four rooms with private bathrooms available for guests.

All rooms have independent access from a common hall; each one enjoys autonomous hot/cold air conditioning and a reinforced door.

The comfort is also guaranteed by carefully chosen, modern furniture and the availability in all rooms of:
- bed/bath linen
- mini-fridge
- TV
- hairdryer
- full-length mirror
- kettle with selection of tea/herbal teas (only in double rooms)
- shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, all refillable and not in single-use packaging out of respect for the environment

I had some doubts about the B&B's location, but as soon as I arrived I had to change my mind. It is located on a very quiet street with plenty of parking (I had no trouble parking despite the parking ban for tree trimming) and within a 10-minute walk you reach Conversano's main square. Upon our arrival Marezia welcomed us impeccably, giving us all kinds of information about places to visit and the names of restaurants and pizzerias to try. We also asked where to go for a nice swim and she recommended Porto Rosso beach in Monopoli: outstanding. The room and the bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean (even the walls seemed freshly painted and it was late season) and furnished impeccably. In the room it felt like being at home; we found everything inside: a beach umbrella, an ironing board and iron, a drying rack, a Puglia tourist guide, a kettle for tea and herbal teas, water in the fridge, numerous brand-new hangers and I'm sure I'm forgetting something. As for breakfast, we tried both bars affiliated with the B&B, very close to the property and run by very nice owners. I can only say I hope to return to Dimora Francesca soon.

Wonderful experience, we could never have imagined finding such a welcoming environment equipped with everything necessary for a five-star vacation. Maximum professionalism and availability from the person who manages the B&B. The premises were cleaned to very high standards. Moreover, the location of the property is truly strategic: it allows you to reach the most beautiful places in Puglia in a short time, including the stunning Polignano a Mare, the enchanting Alberobello, the evocative Castellana Caves and the adventurous Fasano Zoo Safari Park. What can I say, thank you very much for the hospitality and for the availability you showed us. Congratulations on everything, thanks to Puglia and Conversano for the wonderful welcome you gave us.

A structure with an excellent price-quality ratio. We have been twice (and we will return) in the superior room. Dimora Francesca is located near the historic center of Conversano but with easy parking since it is not in the ZTL. Quiet, air-conditioned location, spacious and comfortable bathroom. A compliment also for the cleanliness of the places. The owner Marezia is very kind and always attentive to the needs of the customers. Highly recommended!

This structure is located not far from the center but in a quiet position, especially for resting. Mrs. Marezia is very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion is to place the air conditioning regulator in view because in case of emergencies (power outage) it is not possible to restart it, and one risks dying from the heat. A warm greeting.

Beyond expectations, the property. Kind, friendly and available from the first moment, the owner who actively supported us with advice and information about our stay from the very beginning. Excellent hospitality. The breakfast was optional and I did not choose it. In the room, there was a kettle and herbal teas, as well as water and a small fridge. The room was clean and welcoming. The attached bathroom has no heating, so it was a bit cold, but overall it deserves a full 8.

In an excellent location and close to the center, we were greeted with availability and kindness. The room was cozy and clean, the bed really comfortable. For guests, hygiene products, hairdryer, drying rack, clothespins, and even an umbrella to take to the beach! The manager was very helpful and kind, attentive to all requests and needs. Also excellent breakfast, in a nearby place (note the wide choice of options - plant-based drinks and gluten and lactose-free options - for those with intolerances or allergies or following special diets, which positively impressed us).\nIn short... We stayed at Dimora Francesca to visit Bari and the Valle d'Itria. The location is really great, quiet but only a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Conversano, which was a pleasant discovery for us, absolutely worth a visit! The owner provided us with all the necessary information to move around the area, from where to eat to where to go to the sea, she also lent us both a guide and an umbrella. The rooms are tastefully furnished and very clean. Absolutely recommended structure if you are planning a stay in Puglia!

Excellent structure, complete with all the necessary comforts for a short stay but also especially for longer stays. Spacious and clean rooms. Heating in every room, complete and clean bathroom. Great location and parking nearby without any problems (I always found it under the windows). Highly recommend and will definitely return... Last but not least, the availability of the property!

B&B located in a condominium, brand new and very modern! Extremely clean and excellently furnished. Mrs. Francesca very kind, hospitable. Conversano, among other things, is a city to say the least extraordinarily beautiful, especially in the area of the beautiful castle! I recommend the B&B Dimora Francesca.

Marezia was an amazing host. She even gave us a ride from Polignano a Mare on Sunday when there were no good connections with Bari. Also, her recommendations on where to find the best food and the tastiest coffee were highly appreciated. The room was clean and well furnished. We had a fridge in the room, which was very convenient. There were no issues and we really enjoyed our stay. It's only a few minutes by walk to the city center, where you can find many great restaurants and coffee places. Despite being close to the center, the apartment is very quiet. Thank you, our stay was amazing.

We stayed for 3 days, my husband and I. We left with the idea that it was a bed and breakfast, but I had read positive reviews about the owner... and indeed! As soon as we arrived, the clean and fresh smell struck me! The towels and sheets were fragrant, and the structure is new, modern, and very well-kept! An impeccable room, I almost feared dirtying it! Furthermore, the owner is extremely helpful, she met us on all fronts, she knew how to advise us on what to see and where to eat! Finally, I also liked the breakfast a lot, because the bar is very close and there are no usual time constraints for breakfast, and unlike the usual continental breakfast vast but full of poor quality products, in this bar we were served at the table with great courtesy and with fresh and different products every day, with a wide choice I would add! We will definitely return and I recommend it, moreover, it is located in Conversano which I didn't know is very nice, and it is in a strategic and convenient location to reach Polignano, Monopoli, Alberobello etc. in a few minutes.

Dimora Francesca is a little gem in the heart of Conversano. During our stay, albeit short, we felt at home. As soon as we entered the B&B, we immediately noticed a clean, fragrant and well-organized environment, with disinfectant, detergents, and alcohol for any eventuality even in the room. Nothing was really missing! Air conditioning, mini fridge with fresh water, super comfortable bed as well as the crib for our baby was impeccable. We were welcomed by the owner, a kind and helpful woman like few others, who recommended numerous places to visit and restaurants. The B&B is very close to the Villa and the Castle surrounded by beautiful venues. Just a few km from Monopoli and Polignano which were our two only stops. We do not exclude returning to continue to see the wonders of this beautiful area of our Puglia and of course our stay will always be at Dimora Francesca! The breakfast included in a new industrial style bar with a wide choice and delicious coffee was also impeccable! Highly recommended, Rating 10 and praise.

Well-maintained and very welcoming facility, well-organized spaces, the lady in charge is very attentive and available for suggestions and questions. For the cleaning everything is perfect, she cleaned several times, and it is very pleasing. The only thing is the breakfast could be done with a basket of products in the room and not in the affiliated bars.

We stayed for a few days at the B&B "Dimora Francesca". Everything perfect! The rooms are large, functional and spacious, the cleanliness is impeccable, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Thanks to the strategic advice of the owner, we avoided crowds and traffic jams, discovering some hidden gems of the place. Ample street parking availability, we never had any difficulties. Conversano is in a phenomenal position to see everything, from Polignano to the Valle d'Itria and the beaches of Monopoli. Highly recommended!

It was all perfect and I say it loudly. We had a fantastic week at Dimora Francesca. The place (Conversano) really deserves a lot and is a great base from which to explore everything the territory offers, which will leave you speechless. The B&B is equipped with everything, hairdryer, towels, shower gel (even for children), napkins and disposable glasses, a useful and spacious fridge, (the B&B even provides you with a cooler bag if you don't have one and want to visit an indefinite number of coves in Monopoli, it's really useful!) a large desk with two high and comfortable stools that I used as a table for lunch with the little children when we came back with takeaway pasta. Marezia, the owner, is a true guide! Extremely helpful at all hours! Kind and dear! I asked her advice on practically anything... and I was always directed well. The cleanliness is top-notch at the B&B... and this comes from someone who never showers without slippers if it's not her own home! Here at Dimora Francesca, however, I really felt comfortable. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Marezia for truly making this vacation unforgettable. Boccia Family!
