Cozy structure, located on the second floor without elevator, spacious triple room, clean and well furnished, a bit warm due to sun exposure, but equipped with air conditioning, bed a bit too soft. Varied and abundant breakfast. The location is convenient to reach the center of Polignano on foot in five to ten minutes, without having to use the car which can be parked easily and for free near the structure. The owner, Mrs. Mirella, is very kind and hospitable and knows how to advise her clients on places to visit or on small restaurants where to taste the local delicacies. Positive experience, to recommend.

Maria and her husband are lovely people, just like their abundant breakfast, prepared with care and half an hour in advance to accommodate us because we had the shuttle to catch at nine. Impeccable cleanliness and organization.

Mrs. Mirella is a wonderful person, friendly and available for any kind of information. The rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast is perfect, all prepared by Mirella and her husband, the pastry chef. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.

Warm welcome and friendly availability of Mrs. Mirella. Family atmosphere, you feel at home! Spacious room with everything you need, in the common area you can also use a refrigerator and freezer (very convenient in the height of summer). Only downside: (late) breakfast time. Highly recommended to everyone. We will return.

I stayed at this wonderful property with my girlfriend and we had a great time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all comforts. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the best way to start the day. Furthermore, it is in a great location, overlooking the sea and the historic center is very close. Finally, Mirella is a wonderful owner: always available and present for every need, she gave us many useful tips. Absolutely recommended structure.

We were welcomed by Mirella, the owner, very kind and extremely helpful. Clean place and very close to the center, reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Mirella was also helpful in organizing our beach days and visits to nearby villages. I highly recommend it.

I stayed for three days at the apartment and I really felt at home. The host, Mirella, is awesome and very helpful if you need any kind of recommendations. Breakfast in the morning is delicious with a selection of local goodies, fresh fruit, home-baked croissants and fruit tarts. The apartment is very clean and located in a quiet area walking distance to both town center and the beach. I definitely recommend Dimora delle Rondini if you want to experience life in Polignano like a local. I will go back!

I stayed at this property, unfortunately, only one night with a friend of mine. I must say that I was late for personal reasons and the lady was very kind to wait for me without any complaints. The property is two minutes from the seafront and five minutes walk from the historic center. You can park your car and pick it up when leaving as the B&B has an excellent location for walking around. Moreover, the area is quiet, so you sleep very well without the chaos of nightlife. The room had a very nice bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. The next day, Mrs. Mirella, very kind, prepared a wonderful breakfast, rich in every kind of food to meet any need. I will return as soon as I have more time with other people and I will choose the same B&B. Fully satisfied with the choice.

Excellent welcome in a recently renovated structure. Comfortable room with great attention to detail. The only flaw, if we really have to find one, is the staircase to access it, but once the suitcases are unloaded, it is no longer a problem.
