Description
The Demetra Bed and Breakfast is an old farmhouse located in the heart of beautiful Puglia, surrounded by a sea of olive trees and immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, just a short distance from the sea.
The Demetra Bed and Breakfast is situated in the historic Malavera farmhouse, built in 1877 and recently renovated. Set in a charming landscape of centuries-old olive trees in the upper Salento area, in the Carovigno region, you can enjoy the peace and company of nature, with the various shades of green from the olive groves and citrus orchards, along with their irresistible scents.
The Demetra Bed and Breakfast is located just 500 meters from Carovigno, a city rich in history and traditions, famous for its ancient popular festival called Nzegna, which boasts a long tradition of flag-waving passed down from generation to generation.
The B&B has five rooms, including two doubles with the possibility of adding a cot and three twin or double rooms. Two of these rooms have been created from the old feeding trough and two from the old barn, preserving the typical stone star vaults that maintain the charm of the ancient rural dwellings, taking us back in time. Each room has a nature-inspired name and two of them also boast a private patio, allowing you to enjoy the open air and the wonderful surrounding nature. The rooms have independent entrances and offer all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay: heating, private bathroom, TV, free WiFi, air conditioning, refrigerator, and hairdryer.

The property is located just 500 meters from Carovigno with its beautiful medieval castle. Our Adriatic coast, rich in sandy beaches and rugged cliffs is just a few kilometers away. We are 13km away to the famous reserve of Torre Guaceto and 9 Km to Ostuni the famous "White City". Our B & B is located in the centre of Puglia and its beauties and you can easily reach several tourist destinations in a short time!

Excellent Bed and Breakfast, very well-kept and maintained both for the rooms and the outdoor spaces: breakfast patio and garden with olive and palm trees. Antonio and Annastella, the managers, are very helpful and kind. Just outside the center, among ancient olive trees, and on the way to the beaches. We recommend it! We had a great time.

We spent beautiful days at the B&B Demetra in Carovigno, surrounded by olive trees and near the beautiful sea of Torre Guaceto. The recently renovated structure is tastefully furnished, extremely clean, and quiet. We sincerely thank Annastella and Antonio for taking care of us discreetly and pampering us with rich and tasty breakfasts. We recommend it to anyone who does not want to risk being disappointed when returning.

Abbiamo soggiornato 13 giorni in questo nuovo B&B immerso in un giardino di ulivi secolari.
È stata un'esperienza molto positiva: camera ampia, eccezionale la cura e la pulizia degli ambienti, come pure il cambio di biancheria, colazione ottima, abbondante e varia.
Buona la posizione della struttura sia per il mare che per visitare.

Un caro saluto ad Antonio e Annastella gestori disponibili e cordiali. Ci siamo trovati più che bene infatti torneremo appena possibile. Non esiste nota negativa.
La struttura è bella immersa negli olivi secolari in una pace irreale, la stanza pulitissima e confortevole.

Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto. Struttura molto bella e curata, proprietari gentili e disponibili. Colazione arricchita da torte della casa molto buone e frutta locale. Si trova vicino a campagna di ulivi, immerso nel silenzio ma comodo perché vicino al centro di Carovigno.

Un paradiso terrestre tra ulivi secolari. Un posto da favola a cui non trovi nessun difetto o mancanza. Il posto perfetto per rilassarsi e desiderare di tornare al più presto. Una struttura nuova gestita benissimo da una vera famiglia. Una scelta al top.

Il B&B Demetra si trova in un'antica masseria immersa in un giardino bello e ben curato e circondata da un grande uliveto, recentemente ristrutturata e adattata al nuovo uso senza però tradirne il semplice stile originario.
La quiete è totale, ma il paese di Carovigno è vicinissimo e in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono le splendide spiagge della zona.
Le stanze sono belle e molto bene arredate, i bagni sono moderni e funzionali, le colazioni ricche e varie, e la pulizia è superlativa.
Antonio e Annastella, cordiali e socievoli, offrono un'ospitalità squisita e attenta ad ogni particolare: mio marito ed io siamo stati benissimo e avremmo volentieri prolungato la vacanza, se solo avessimo potuto.

Molto bello e curato, pulitissimo ed immerso in un paesaggio incantevole.

Struttura nuovissima, circondata di ulivi secolari, molto bella, confortevole e curata nei particolari. I gestori sono persone socievoli e disponibili. Colazione con ottimi dolci fatti in casa.
