We felt perfectly at ease in this studio managed by Antonio, a very discreet, correct and helpful owner who gave us useful advice to immerse ourselves not only in the environment of San Nicola but also in general in the Tremiti Islands. We were two in the first week of August. The Tremiti Islands are breathtaking. The house is nice, cozy, clean, and equipped with all the essentials. It is a spacious studio with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower cabin, air conditioning (although the location does not always require its use). We enjoyed in full relaxation the quiet environment of San Nicola, with a literary meeting in the square on Tuesday, a small theater show. Everything very simple but well cared for. For those who love tranquility and nature, Da Tony's house, like the island of San Nicola, is perfect. In the morning, beautiful walks at the top of the uninhabited part of the island, swims at the little beach of Marinella or sunbathing and swimming in the cobbled port. Or the possibility of moving to coves on the other three islands (San Domino, Cretaccio, or Capraia). Antonio's shop is very useful for fruit and cheeses and water. For the rest, it is advisable to arrive with a good supply: prices are not very low. But it's an island! The seabed, the colors, the tranquility, and all the people reciprocate! The manager is also excellent: reserved, reliable, and always present. He even allowed us to use the house until 4 pm, without wanting anything in return, to catch the last ferry and not stay under the scorching sun! Excellent value for money.

Mini apartment simple and essential, with an excellent quality/price ratio. Tony very kind, hospitable and always available to his guests, a true "sea gentleman"! On the Island of San Nicola there is only one well-stocked store "with a bit of everything", but if you plan to use the kitchen, I recommend shopping on the mainland or in San Domino.

The apartment is located on the Island of San Nicola, to be preferred over San Domino if, like me, you love tranquility and authenticity. The apartment is very nice, clean, essential but lacks nothing and allows you to completely immerse yourself in Tremitese life. Forget about TV, phones, and confusion, and rediscover the breathtaking views, chats with neighbors, and serenity. The extra touch is provided by the manager, Tonino, a lovely, very kind, and very funny person. Thank you, Tonino.

Excellent value for money. We really enjoyed sleeping in San Nicola, a more intimate island compared to San Domino. The studio apartment is fully equipped, but the real difference is made by Antonio, also known as Tony or Tonino. On the day of our arrival, he called us to inform that Tirrenia had cancelled our ferry. Once we arrived at Tremiti, he practically took us by the hand and explained how to reach the accommodation. Furthermore, we spent an evening chatting together. Fabulous experience.

Great Tony! Super hospitable and kind, he gave us excellent directions to visit the island at its best. The holiday home is cozy and located in the center of San Nicola where tranquility reigns. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Da Tony with my children for 10 days this year for the third consecutive summer. Tony is kind and discreet, his little house is in a perfect location in San Nicola, it is a spacious studio apartment equipped with everything. We had a good time and will definitely come back.

The most beautiful thing is definitely the seafront terrace, large with a breathtaking view. The structure and facilities are exactly as described, the owner polite and available for any request. I highly recommend it!

In the small center of San Nicola, delightful studio in a panoramic position to enjoy stunning sunsets over the sea. The island is almost entirely pedestrian and very intimate in the evening, while during the day it fills up with tourists visiting the ancient nucleus of the Abbey with its well-preserved church. There are restaurants, bars, and a small supermarket just a stone's throw from the apartment. The structure is very simple but renovated, with a functional kitchenette. The owner, Tony, is very helpful and ready to give many small tips to make your holiday even more enjoyable. The small pebble beach in front of the harbor offers the opportunity for a swim in crystal-clear water full of fish even near the shore. If you prefer sand, just take the shuttle to San Domino where there are several alternatives. Renting a dinghy or taking one of the tours offered on the island offer the opportunity to swim in amazing water and visit the caves. The short 5-minute climb/descent to reach the beach from the apartment is definitely worth the beauty of the island. The colors of the islands and the tranquility you breathe will make your holiday a truly relaxing experience. Excellent value for money!

I stayed in one of Tony's cottages in the week bridging July and August, with my husband and son, all for the first time at the Tremiti Islands. I don't want to dwell on the beauty of the places, the splendor and life of that sea, the fresh and fragrant smells of the air at all times of the day, and the wonders that my eyes have seen. A thousand notebooks wouldn't be enough to write about the emotions this place has given me, I have a lump in my throat and a lot of nostalgia. I will only dwell on the house, nice, essential, simple, like all the houses on the island of San Nicola and like the people who live there for many months of the year. The house occupied by me and my family is right on the main street, at an angle, with a sea view and a breathtaking view of the island of San Domino. It is a large studio with a double bed and two bunk beds, a nice plastic table (very useful because it can be easily taken out on the street and eaten outside, as almost everyone does!), a kitchenette with sink, a small fridge, a nice comfortable bathroom with a shower box. The house has been recently renovated, in fact, the floors, sanitary ware, and tiles were practically new and the kitchen was very well maintained. There is no air conditioning, but I must tell the truth, we did not particularly suffer from the heat, even though we had more than 30 degrees because the house is one of those old ones with double walls and high vaulted ceilings, so with the two fans provided we were very comfortable. Considering the period, high season, and considering that on the Tremiti Islands, for many reasons, the prices of restaurants, bars, and groceries are really very high (if you have to stay there for a week, stock up on groceries from the mainland!), the quality-price ratio of the accommodation is nothing short of exceptional. There are no additional expenses to pay and Tony is truly a kind and helpful person. He lives two doors down, but he almost avoided passing in front of the door of the house where we were staying so as not to seem indiscreet. He gave us many tips on things to do and see, and on the last day of our stay, since we had the ferry back in the afternoon, he left the house for us for half a day extra without asking for any compensation, indeed, he even insisted: so we avoided spending hours under the scorching sun of the small port and practically enjoyed another beautiful day at the sea, being able to rest a bit before leaving and having a calm lunch. We really appreciated this gesture, which is not at all taken for granted by the owners of holiday homes. It is a sign of a sensitive and generous person, like all the people who live on those islands not as tourists, but for work or by choice: I assure you that as tourists, you cannot understand the thousand difficulties of living on an island that is practically a rock in the middle of the sea. Life is tough there, and the residents have a somewhat tough "skin" at first, but it is only appearance: after the first two days, seeing that we were not tourists for just one day, everyone started greeting us, inviting us to the nice evenings that the pro-loco ladies are very good at organizing to pass the time for those who do not leave the island at sunset. We didn't have a TV, but I assure you we didn't miss it for a second. If you go to the Tremiti Islands, I recommend staying in San Nicola, not San Domino, and staying in one of Tony's houses, who is a very good host.

The little apartment where we stayed is comfortable and equipped with all the amenities. At Da Tony, you can enjoy a wonderful view and an extremely relaxing atmosphere. The host is kind and helpful. A place to definitely return to.

Great for those who love long walks and holidays away from the city noise. The manager is reserved but helpful. Extremely clean and welcoming premises. The beach not exactly convenient but the sea is unique.

The little house is located in the center of San Nicola and is particularly suitable for those who love a vacation in solitude and especially silence. The island is inhabited only by residents, few are tourists (most are daily) and the sound of the wind together with the singing of the Shearwaters delights the evening. The studio has all the comforts, not luxury, but it is clean and equipped. The manager is available to provide any information about the needs you have: the island does not have a well-equipped beach, but from San Nicola you can reach enchanting coves at reasonable prices. The important thing is to rely on Tony who will give you the right tip. In short, I have been going for years and years I come back.

Spartan, comfortable, clean environment located in the heart of San Nicola. Suitable for those who love nature, uncontaminated sea in a natural environment, and perfect relaxation away from shopping. Tiring but suggestive pedestrian path to reach the house.
